1. Kohl’s is the place to shop for your pajamas. Every year I buy PJs for my grandson. I always go to Kohl’s for its extensive selection and great prices. Plus, the bonus bucks and so many discounts are wonderful. The quality of the clothing is excellent.

2. I visited the Ellicott City Kohl’s on 2/18/23 to purchase a pair of overalls (to wear to a 1990s-themed birthday party). I was assisted by Flor, who was a delight. She accommodated me with my requests and had great customer service acumen. After I checked out and left the store, I realized that I didn’t have my purchase from Sephora. I returned to the store and inquired with Flor about the bag I left. She helped me search for it in the dressing room and at the checkout counter. The bag was not there. She went to the customer service counter and inquired…still no bag. Her investigation went up several notches when she asked the security personnel to step in and review the video tape to see if I had the bag when I left the store. About 15 minutes later, I see the security personnel and Flor go near a counter where there was a Sephora bag. The content was checked, and I confirmed that it was my purchase. I was so relieved and appreciative. I was really impressed by Flor’s actions that I had to make it known what a valuable employee she is. Thanks again, Flor. I hope that you will be rewarded and commended for your outstanding service!

3. I recently had a great experience at Kohl’s department store. I had ordered some Amazon merchandise that I needed to return, and Kohl’s was the closest store to me that accepted Amazon returns. I was able to return the items without any hassle, and the staff was very helpful.
   After I returned my items, I decided to browse the store for some men’s clothing. I was able to find some great deals on clothes, and I was able to use a discount coupon to get even more of a deal. I was very happy with my purchase, and I would definitely recommend Kohl’s to anyone looking for a great place to shop for clothes.

4. Went there for a semi formal outfit for my wife. Departments were kind of randomly mixed. When she got to the dressing room to try on what she could find, everything was on wrong hangers so it says S but was XL. Had to go back and find everything again and check tags. I was hoping for dress shoes, very limited selection. Spent over $200 and don’t get a bag?? Stupid law but should have some alternative paper or some kind of wrapping? Would rather shop at Walmart any day

5. It has been a while since this happened however, around the holidays my family and I came there shopping. We are blended family and this was our first Christmas together in our new home. We tried to create a way so no one saw what the others were getting them. It was a mess. In the melee we paid for our items and left. Not knowing we left behind not just one but many items. The cashier whose name I do not know, but I wish I had gotten took the time to put the stuff aside. A few days went by, and as we started wrapping presents where others could not see, I realized one of my wife’s items was missing. Being just days before Christmas. I hopped in the car and drove to the store. That’s where I met Isaac. He was willing to get the cup for me that we knew was missing. While talking to the customer service employee and waiting for Issac she realized there might be more items because of how big my receipt was. Wish I got her name too. I was ecstatic and completely blown away that the store kept these items. As we went down the receipt, the last five items were all in that bag.. I still can’t believe it. You guys have made a lifelong customer out of me. Thank you
