  3. Store manager Maryann is completely and totally unhelpful. Stated there is a store policy but cannot reference it. Refusing to an exchange an item that doesn’t work is not customer service. If I purchase an item from a store I should be able to return the item. Being a business owner, you should train your managers to at least be kind. It’s unfortunate I’ll never return

  5. Terrible experience. I needed balloons for a birthday and was told by cashier theresa to go pick out the balloons from the cabinet myself and bring it to her at the register pay for them and then they inflate it. I waited on a long line before I was told I had to go pick out the balloons also waited on even a longer line when I went to pay for them. Ive never seen such poor customer service. Will never return again!!!

    Update Nov 2022: Still my favorite dollar store. Additional carts were available. One line for 2 cashiers worked well! One of the larger dollar stores, fully stocked. Clean and organized. Ample parking. Cashier was extremely pleasant. Check out lines were short on this visit. Only negative would be not enough carts mostly hand held. Will be switching to this location from now on. Would recommend!

    The most unorganized or I have ever seen. All lines were full and staff we’re slow. Nothing was on the rack in the correct place. Staff was running around making balloons and attending registers while the line was piling. They need better organization and management.

    I asked to use the rest room. Public restrooms locked. Store employee opened door to men’s room and said that one was for customers, the ladies room was for employees. This was the first dollar tree I seen do this to a customer. Made me not want to spend my money there. Store was also very sloppy and unorganized.

    I came across a very rude cashier that became upset with me because I didn’t apparently know the missing touch screen pen trick. How about fix your machine or have the pen replaced so the customers could touch the screen properly instead of using a piece of broken wire.🤷🏾‍♀️ To the manager that was just walking around pretending to put stock away instead of opening up an additional register to assist the cashier (even though he was rude) good job continuing to allow the line to grow longer and longer up the aisle.
