Mark Huard from the paint section department 24 was absolutely amazing. He was so friendly, had so much knowledge, and actually spent his time on explaining the answers to the questions I had. I never ever leave reviews. But Mark definitely deserved recognition for this. You guys have an amazing team player on board! Will be posting this review on Google, Yelp, and The Home Depot Survey.
Home Depot has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was in line to return an item. As soon as it was my turn, instead of the employee working, she instead got her boyfriend, who wasn’t in line, to talk to her and buy an item. Then after buying something, he had friends buying a bunch of drinks who went to cut in front of the people in line, talking for the next 15 minutes. It took a good 30 minutes for another employee to show up and get the line moving. The lady was still talking. It is the worst customer service I have seen so far.
They are constantly out of stock of nearly everything! The shelves appear to be stocked because the employees put the wrong items in the place where the out of stock item goes. The employees don’t want to be bothered when you have a question. Home Depot has become a joke.
Early Sunday morning just needed some small items all over different aisle and there was at least 5 PEOPLE, Employees trying to help me find Everything. Amazing service.
