1. The staff here on Saturday morning 1/14/23 was by far the worst experience shopping I’ve had anywhere. I came in with the special I wanted to take advantage of in hand, $800 for existing customers to trade in their phone…I was told under no uncertain terms that the special didn’t exist, that I didn’t qualify for anything, and that despite my brothers success only 2 days prior (at a different store) was told that store must’ve broken the rules/corporate policy. To solidify that all of what they told me was untrue, I went to another store and explained the situation and they were only too happy to help and get me the special I came in for originally. I thought it best to warn others from wasting their time here, and instead go to literally any other store because I understand when corporate policy ties your hands but these employees weren’t even willing to try or look into what I was talking about.

2. Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. I’ve been in there several times trying to get some issues fixed, and each time it is a 20 plus minute wait, to get someone to speak to you. I made an appointment with Tommy because he is the only one in there that seems to know what he is doing. I drove 30 minutes just to find out that he didn’t come in. No one let me know. If you want anything help at all I recommend going to the Verizon store off of 10th Street.

3. Went in to switch carriers to Verizon (& wanted to purchase a new phone) no one acknowledged with a “someone will be with you shortly” or “we can put your name down on the list while you wait.” Waited for 27 minutes just to have an employee go to other customers that had just came in through the door to take their information to be placed on the waiting list. On the other hand, the store seems to have a variety of good phones, accessories, technology.

4. Thank you all! Went in with some requests and technical difficulties where the staff here helped get everything in place.
   Worked with Corbin and another great male employee but missed his name and they were both helpful and friendly at around noon on May 25th, 2023.

5. I broke my phone. Went there to get a new one. Waited over an hour for help. Brought a phone. The guy (Diego) said he couldn’t transfer data that day but the phone would work and I need to come back tomorrow. I couldn’t activate the phone myself (should I have had to?). Went back the next day and waited and hour, the guy who helped me activated my phone like should have happened the first day but said he couldn’t transfer my data and I’d have to come back in 3 days. That’s today. I walked in and they told me I’m 5th in line and one guy can transfer my data so it will be a long wait. I just wanted a new phone. Didn’t know it would take multiple trips and hours and hours. Corban (who seemed to be the most knowledgeable as all the employees were asking him how to things) was just checking people in. I guess if you know how to do things you get promoted to doing nothing.
