  1. Wow! I went to Kohl’s to drop off Amazon return and after they return, they gave me a $5 coupon to spend on anything with no minimum purchase hahaha, who doesn’t like a coupon anyway? Interesting!!! I don’t know what to get but I am forced to buy something with this $5 coupon. Excited Mbyeee

  2. Not good for placing pickup order online. They don’t have separate staff for pickup orders hence you will have to wait in a queue for 30 – 40 minutes.

    The main idea of placing online pickup is to avoid the hassle of standing on the queue during checkout.
    I waited more than 30 minutes on my last two pickup orders.
    I do not recommend this location.

  3. Overall the store was ok. I went to purchase shoes and the shoe department was a wreck. I spent more time searching for the size I wanted. Than anything else

  4. We were looking for some of their special deals I was expecting to find something because they were about to close, but I did find something in that short amount of time. I wished we had gone earlier :'(.
    The staff was friendly and we didn’t have any kind of problem while being at the store. We’re looking forward to our next visit

  5. I only went in to do an Amazon return and this was the first time I was using Kohl’s for that purpose. The line was quick,store was clean and the clerk was friendly and efficient! I usually use ups for this service but clicked the wrong button and now I’m glad for it. The line went much quicker at Kohl’s than UPS and they gave me a $5 coupon. So I got some free candy :-). Update: it’s also a lot easier to get in and out of the Kohl’s parking than the UPS. I’ve gone a dozen times now and it’s much easier!

    Amazon return store. Also they hand out a 25% off coupon on returns applicable at any purchases. Also if you are struggling how to use those coupons, just grab their graphics tees. Usually $25 for 2 Tees and they come with different graphics from tv shows, movies etc. Must have got over 50 t shirts for me and family. Probably the reason I return amazon there 🙂

    Kohl’s just has way too much on sale. This is the mecca of clearance. At least half the store was clearance!!! Holy crapppppp. Went for gifts. Got all kinds of swim gear for the family for dollars.

    It looks like the store is not equipped to handle year-end customers. There weren’t many in the store bu the checkout queue lane(s?) showed a sign that talked about holiday returns (whatever that meant). I and my family walked into an empty lane and empty counters and waited for some clerks (who were busy arranging items nearby) to come and check us out, when one arrived, suddenly out of nowhere, several other customers arrived and the clerk asked us to come back at the end of the queue so that the customers who were before us can be served. We were confused and went back, but did not understand which of the two parallel queues to join. When we asked one of the clerks, she said that if we wanted to do holiday returns, we should go to the return customer service. I just don’t understand what happened. Other Kohl’s stores aren’t like this.

    Nice store, but the man working at the Amazon returns desk obviously doesn’t like his job, and looks like someone who will only do the bare minimum.
