  3. I like shopping at Marshall’s I was looking for a lavender dress I was suprise the didn’t have many dresses besides what I was looking for maybe I’ll check on line

  5. Clean store and has a limited supply of things. Smaller store, so not really a lot in the way of merchandise. But it was friendly and quaint. Good for finding the basics in shirts and jeans. Has other items such as bags and households.

    I’ve been in better dollars store. There’s no organization it looked like a New Year Eve party that went wrong. Horrible. The cashier was as sweet, helpful a great personality. Don’t go there a waste of time.

    Diane we get it! you don’t love your job but kindly call the clients to your register. I don’t know how to respond to someone saying “Right here” or just giving me the death stare! I get that this isn’t a trip to LVMH or Bergdorfs but please have some respect, say good morning and save your conversations about your latest life revelation for break time.     This review isn’t about the store as whole, but more-so a specific employee. Rose. Every time I go into this store, there is an issue with her. I haven’t directly been involved in a conflict with her but I have sure seen and overheard the attitude she has had with other employees and coworkers. One instance was when she tried to discipline a ladys child. The kid was being a kid, playing around the store, and I understand it’s frustrating to deal with that as a worker, but it is not the employees place to try and discipline a kid. What she should’ve done is told the parent to keep their child with them as it is disturbing other customers. What did she do? She acted like she was the parent, yelling at the kid to stop. Not her place. Another altercation is when she was talking to a male customer whose things were taken and, rightfully, talked to a cashier about it to see if she knew what happened or if he can find someone who is taking carts and putting them back on racks. Rose said something along the lines of: “Oh well you lost your stuff..cry about it..” and rolled her eyes. Unprofessional. The third incident, which led me to finally making this review is when an employee asked her for something and she looked at them and looked away, and didn’t give them help. He had to go to other registers and cashiers that gladly helped him out. She seems to be some type of supervisor or manager, so why is she not helping her employees/coworkers do better? Super unhelpful, unprofessional, rude, conceited, arrogant, and an overall bad addition to Marshalls at Stratford Square.
