My mother-in-law’s iphone 13 froze and I didn’t know what to do and he helped out and was very patient with her although she was a bit frantic. Then abusing you over it when you figure it out after 50,0000 phone calls and NO manager will call you. Avoid. And customer service and 1800 #’s are a joke. Rude. (in the last week)We arrived at 6:15 pm and were told they wouldn’t be done helping the current customers till closing time in 45 minutes so they couldn’t help us. Would expect being there 45 minutes before close would allow us to get service still but evidently not. If I could leave a negative star I would! The man posted in picture working November 12th at 7:30 PM was absolutely disrespectful when I asked for help. The moment I walked in I was met with glares from both males but proceeded due to my situation. Such a disgrace with this poor customer service along with such opprobrium. I have never experienced this with Verizon but now I’m reconsidering them as my carrier!
Customer when I went in yesterday was great. Today I went and the African American guy seemed like he didn’t want to be there. His attitude and unwillingness to assist caused me to leave. Get employees that value their job not just there for a check.
Tyler and the other gentleman working the night of 3/9/23 saved my butt. I had broken my phone, Verizon was shipping me a new one, but I needed to have my current phone number up and running while I waited. The guys had a great attitude and were able to help me get set up to be reachable at my usual number even though I rolled in at five minutes to closing. Thanks a ton for being open late!
Was having problems with my new iPhone 13. Reggie diagnosed the problems and spent time getting me fixed up. He was friendly and knew his stuff. He was a big help. Much appreciated.
Needed to exchange my newly purchased phone for one with more storage. Spencer helped me immediately and initiated the process. He notified me as soon as it arrived and had my new phone data restored and running in a flash! The absolutely best service I’ve had! Spared me the delays and mediocre service I’ve experienced elsewhere. Thank you, Spencer!
