The crew here turned it off, told me how to turn it off going forward (it will happen again at some point) and recommended some settings to stop all the spam. McKellips Rd Mesa Az. I Was working with Alex… our contact was cold from the beginning and lasted throughout our contact. Alex treated me like he was doing me a favor and not like a paying customer. Alex led me to believe that the additional products he was offering were Free or a small fe would be added to my bill. Not the truth!! After I told him I did not to pay the extra $400 he obviously got mad and told me we would have to start all over. While I was standing there Alex told his coworker that he was mad and said he would tell him about it later. While I was standing there he asked if he could go to lunch three times. The manager at the time was just as rude..as much as things cost and as long as I have been a customer this has been been the worst experience I have had. way to go Verizon! Everything is good when you’re spending $20,000 in there store but when you need to come back to get something fixed or warranty it’s like they don’t have two minutes to spare. The business contact people are phenomenal and always take care of everything we need but the in-store at this location is definitely bottom of the barrel when it comes to customer service!!! I walk into the Verizon store, rather than visiting a kiosk in the mall, so that I can have all of the options that Verizon offers laid out before me and immediately available, for me to choose from. Huge disappointment. Very little to offer. And the lies in advertising that brought me there in the first place. I got my phone upgrade, but the only reason why this review gets 3 stars is because of the excellent representative that helped me through every step of the way. He deserves 5 stars, and Verizon itself 0, thus I arrived at 2.5 overall, and it resonates at 2 because Verizon nickel-and-dimed me to death, after charging me outrageous fees for an upgrade! I’m helping YOU, Verizon by upgrading my phone which helps you and your 5G Network! You should be offering me every incentive in the book, just to upgrade my phone, after charging me full-book price for what should’ve been an insurance replacement, and you can’t even offer trade-in value? Sorry for the lengthy review…bottom line,,,if you haven’t started with Verizon, don’t. I was flat out lied to When I asked if a new phone was coming out soon and I was told no. There’s no plans of any other phone in the near future and within less than 9 days they released a new phone. I wouldn’t infer purchase two phones worst experience i’ve ever had of verizon in twenty years. If you have verizon go to best buy at least you get customer service and people They’d actually know what they’re talking about. Stay away from the store and all the other horizons for that matter. Unlike normal your service will not work in eighty percent of the places that you go but it will show five g. I paid my phone bill on the kiosk and when I ran it the first time, I pulled the card out too soon and it gave an error. Employee told me to run it again so I did. I check my account and it charged me twice! Now I’m impatiently waiting on the funds to be returned to my account..
I would love to say they’re better than that, considering they’re a multi billion dollar corporation, but I digress.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.9 year customer now going to atnt. The sales reps lied to my face about my trade in. They are now charging me the remaining $500 on my phone I traded in. So not only did I pay for the phone in full, I got no credit for it and they took my phone and refuse to give it back. They lied and said they took care of the charge and waited until my 30 days to return my new phone had passed and then told me I am out of luck. I have been into the store 5 times and been on the phone with 13 representatives. Most dishonest dealer I have ever worked with. DO NOT go here for your phone.
Frankie was awesome got home hooked up getting my sister a new phone. She’s been struggling with leukemia so having the ease to get her phone transferred with so little stress and take that bill off her was huge for our family. We really appreciate all the help and comfort he provided me and her kids getting this set up.
The lady who helped me was friendly as hell and cute as a button. However she didnt real know what she was doing. After two hours of trying to fix my phone I finally had to say I needed to go. My phone was not fixed as neither the lady or the person helping her on the phone knew what they were doing! The store was nice and kept well inside and out. If my phone was fixed would have given more stars but alas it was not and i had to go to a different store another day to get a temp fix that worked for a week!
There is an older white and black female worker. I was asking for help on setting up auto pay, and neither of them wanted to help or explain what i was doing wrong. The older black female worker kept overtalking while standing afar with no clue what i was asking for help about. When i asked for their names for a complaint, they took off their name tags and told me to leave. I wouldn’t mind coming here again just as long as neither of them help me.
