My sales lady, Phyllis, made me feel horrible for switching from the Apple iphone to the Pixel 7 Pro. Not only did she make a comment stating how I was dumping phones and downgrading to bad quality, but she also stated that she didn’t understand why I wasn’t upgrading to the iPhone 14. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attitude was that she didn’t want to be there and made me feel uncomfortable, like I was a bad person for switching. I left the store in tears. I’ve never experienced this before, as the sales representatives are generally always nice. So she ordered another phone and waited another month. Nothing arrived and was subsequently told that was was also discontinued. - Reviews:If I could give this place a lower rating but one star is all you can give. Don’t walk away from this place, run away! Anthony is a crook as is everybody else that works in this store. The district manager is also a crook his name is Chase. These guys told us so many lies inject our bill up so high that it took months to unwind it. Don’t do business with them unless you expect to get screwed. I have complained to corporate about this store and the fact that they are an unauthorized entity. They say they are an authorized Verizon provider but they are not a corporate store. Big difference. We brought a temporary phone to Verizon to have my SIM card switched. It worked briefly and then stopped getting/making calls. We took it to 2 different Verizon stores in my hometown and they could not figure it out. I traveled to Vegas and stopped in this store. Wendy got it all fixed. My husband had his phone stolen while we were on our honeymoon in Vegas. We found a Verizon store near us and called for assistance with a new phone. Lucky for us, Roger answered the call. When we walked into the store, he immediately knew us by name. The whole experience was the best we’ve ever had with Verizon. He had us up and running with a new phone in 20 minutes. He even provided assistance after we returned to North Dakota. AMAZING!!! Thank you, Roger!! You turned a not so great moment into a fantastic experience we will never forget!!
I went into this store early on a Saturday morning. It was packed – 6 representatives all busy with customers. Ray, who had a trainee under his watch, entrusted the trainee to keep working with his customer (he did great) and came over to see what I needed.
I needed accessories that a nearby Verizon store didn’t have available that I had visited yesterday for a new phone, including the liquid glass screen protector installed. Ray quickly did the work and went above and beyond by registering all the accessories with the appropriate companies for me. Ray provided the best customer service I’ve had in a Verizon store in quite some time. I hope his manager sees this and gives him a bonus or raise.

Ray and Sam were absolutely unbelievable.. took the time out of there day to help with all aspects of what I needed.. truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and people to work with and get me what I needed cellular wise.. these guys are amazing!
