- Reviews:While strolling down 2nd and PCH in Long Beach, hubby and I stumbled upon a Nike store. Instead of window shopping, we decided to go in and check it out. The store was very clean, organized, and well maintained. They offer a good amount of both women’s and men’s shoes. They also have clothing for both men and women. My daughter is currently very into shoes, so of course, I make my way over to the shoe section. I immediately found shoes my daughter wanted, some Jordan 1s and dunks. The sales associate that helped us was a new member, and I think her name was Lauren. She was very friendly and patient. I got three pairs of shoes for my daughter, a pair for me (Hello Kitty Nike Prestos), and my hubby got some clothes. We spent over $800! Ugh! The store is located in the heart of 2nd and PCH. At this store there was no greeting, everyone had a crazy look on their face and not multicultural friendly at all. We were there for a pick up order but also ended up looking around. Customer service was really bad they acted as if we were bothering them when we asked a question. This is a great spot. Found really good deals. The staff is friendly, but the line was huge and probably the computer system was super slow and so be prepare to wait over 20 mins.
Great store with an amazing array of nike shoes. They were stocked up and it was not hard to find my size of shoe. Also the employees are great when it comes to helping you pick out a shoe for style or style and comfort. The have some great shoes for long distance walking that helps with spine compression.
Clean and organized store, making it easy to shop fairly quick. Parking structure validation available at register. Good customer service. Wish there were more stores available to shop. Seems like an deserted outdoor mall.

Very kind sales representative who’s helping to us. many types of shoes available here, which we needed in daily routine. so in short, you can easily buy from here as per you requirements for senior people, young and kids. recommended to first visit this store before go to other Stores.
Good selection of shoes but very limited plus size clothing and the service from the Gen Z staff was abysmal. It shouldn’t take this long to checkout and management needs to do a better job of opening additional cashier’s stations when the store is slammed. Especially when workers are just standing around gossiping
