  3. The employees at this store provided me with good service. However, Verizon Wireless’ service is terrible. This company is one from a long list of companies that are attempting to move from actual human provided troubleshooting and service. Why do we as consumers continue to accept this terrible service? It’s a reflection of overall attitudes about the world: i.e. people just don’t care about quality, service or the future of the country in general. What a shame

  5. I went in to replace my phone while on vacation. They had plenty of staff and fixed me right up. My only complaint is that the restroom was very dirty!

    Needed to upgrade to 5G. Austin was amazing, directed me to a new phone with similar format of my previous phone, moved all apps, contacts etc. to new phone and it is working perfectly. I couldn’t be more pleased. He was so pleasant and helpful. I was not looking forward to the change, but it was such a good experience and I’m happy with new phone.

    Had a horrible experience with the Goleta Verizon location and State was always busy with long wait. Come here! Minimal wait times and the associates are so friendly and provide amazing customer service. Will only come back here for any Verizon questions in the future.
