1. This store is shut down for good.
2. This General Manager and everybody that was hired under him is fired or significantly reprimanded.
Do NOT go into this store for any reason unless you call corporate customer service first and have them notate your account with specific directions for the employee in store. This Manager and team are severely incompetent and lack the empathy to operate in any capacity of customer service or sales. After you leave them a terrible review here, please take the time to follow up with the review that you receive from Verizon so it is directly reflected in their internal NPS. That’s the best way to get the attention of the corporate offices to potentially fix this terrible location.

As a Retail Manager in the Orlando area, I am aware of how busy stores get. However, what I cannot give a pass on is total lack of attention and awareness. After being inundated by Verizon marketing, I decided to visit this location to see if they can win me back as a customer. I left last year due to high prices, but I will say that their Cell Service is legit. As I walked in, I was shouted a greeting from 15 feet away and told to have a seat that someone will be around to help me. An hour later, no one has come around to put me on their “list.” I watch as the associates walk around clueless as to who was there first or attend them appropriately. After another 20 mins of being ignored and over hearing that once you’re on the “list” it would be another 1.5 hours of waiting, I decided to leave. Maybe it was a sign not to go back to Verizon. Funny thing is that I genuinely wanted to take advantage of their deals and all I wanted was the details and then I would’ve signed on the dotted line. Be better, guys.
The stores closes at 6:00pm, I showed up at 5:30pm and the first thing the guy upfront says is “unless you have an appointment, we dont take walking after 5:30pm”. You still have half an hour to help an exisiting customer with information about upgrading his phone, which will generate you revenue to your store. Instead, they chose to not help. Definitely not a good visit.
Sara the business representative was patience, kind, and interested to get the right plan for me. My phone has software issues but meant to be. She transfer my personal plan to a business and save me a lot. She had to do a lot of work but she was commited to help me. I felt she genuinely wants my business and was doing everything to have a customer satisfied. Thabk you again Sara for your great work.
Worst experience ever. Sales people only care about sales and they lie about final bill amount. Im very disappointed. I have been with verizon for 5 years. Once i pay all the equipments I would switch to a better phone service that doesnt lie to their clients and focus on client service but not making commission money
