He was so friendly and even gave me an extra hand with finding the little pipe I needed! The fitting was sort of tight but we managed to make it fit! Im sure he will be very popular with the other single moms and possibly dads looking for some help! After that lesson in lack luster employee service I attempted to reach the Manger Brian Jensen and could not, as he was gone for the day. I left a message with the only helpful employee, Denise, who I called on the main Eagle number after being told by the other store employees that the manger has no email or direct phone number. I guess we will see what happens.By Brent Szychulda (in the last week)As a general contractor I will no longer give Home Depot any future business. Their customer service is terrible and their updated return policy is ridiculous. They refuse to honor returns with receipts and treat their customers like criminals who are guilty until proven innocent. I guess they don’t mind losing $$$$ and good customers. Store is kept neat and organized. Employees generally know locations of items, sometime off by an aisle, but easily found close by. Prices are reasonable, but compare with other similar stores for the “Best” deals. Parking is great and help is provided for loading those big items.
Victoria in paint is the best employee!! She is amazing. So smart and helpful. If she doesn’t know something, then she takes responsibility and finds the answer for! Leadership material for sure…keep her at all costs!
Robert E. in plumbing was an amazing help with our new toilet installation needs. He is very knowledgeable and an asset to the store! Brock, master painter, was very helpful with picking the right colors for the bathroom project, was kind and very attentive. Shilo greets us and our puppy with a huge smile every visit! Thanks for being a great community atmosphere during our shopping/remodel needs!
I will not be back! What kind of company has no employees who are able to cut blinds. I was told i would have to wait for 45 min for the lady to arrive at work it was 10:00 A.M. at the time. Went to lowes and they had the exact size i needed. Good riddance to bad kittens.
It’s time to start accepting Apple Pay in store. Every time I go here I have to decide between going back home to pick up a debit card or putting in an online order and waiting for it to be processed. If I try to speed things along by taking the items I’ve already paid for to the service counter to speed things along instead of waiting two hours for someone to take it off the shelf for me, chaos ensues. Obviously, you think everyone should still carry a wallet. Two stars is what I think of that.
