I went there yesterday, Sunday April 23 and Yasmin helped me. She was excellent and knowledgeable and she helped me immediately. She knew exactly what to do. I must say I’m happy and impressed with the person who is Yasmin’s manager because she’s so well trained that it’s obvious that the manager did a great job training her too. She’s an asset to the business.
A big thanks to SAIF of this Verizon store for helping me today. I have been running around the whole day trying to fix the no SIM error in my phone. I have spent so much time on numerous calls with various customer supports but no one was able to help. Saif was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue for me in no time. Very glad I gave this branch a try. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Super happy with the amazing service at the Verizon on Central Ave in the heights. After days of confusion and frustration, the customer service representative, Eddy, helped me get my phone up and running. (Another representative helped as well I just forget his name!)
