You will be charge twice for the old one plan and the new plan. If you have any discount make sure they are validated on the spot. When you change plans you have to validated your discount again. Even when the staff said you don’t have to. Verizon Agent chat.By J v (3 months ago)DO NOT BUY OR SHOP @VICTRA, Horrible customer service, lied about accessories they were selling having a warranty. Made me wait 6 hours to buy two new phones and a watch because the employees are incapable of performing their job. Finally one woman returned from lunch and fixed the entire issue in a matter of seconds. Also had to return the following day for another two hours to have issues resolved. Employee forgot to plug our phones in when transferring data said it would take an hour, he forgot to plug the phone in, left early from work unexpectedly in the middle of a sale and my phone had died half way through because he didn’t plug it in or monitor it what so ever. Returned for issues multiple times and the same gentlemen told me he could do nothing and practically called me a liar when I tried explaining to him what he told me when he sold me the product. I wouldn’t have bought the product in the first place if he had not said what he said. I called and asked to speak to the district manager multiple times and she has yet to return my phone calls. All store managers don’t have time to talk to you over the phone and when you show up in store they just so happen to “be out to lunch” or “won’t be returning until tomorrow” All the stores in this region have horrible customer service all of merced and Atwater locations are horrible, the only store I have not had any issues what so ever and greeted nicely and taken care of without issue was in Los Banos.By R K (5 months ago)I do not recommend verizon if you are looking for good connection. I switched to verizon thinking i would have better connection because they had 5G come to find out on my own after purchasing a new phone with them and transferring to their service provider i wasnt getting 5G even though it says i will have it.
