  1. Hubby and I visited the store recently to pick up our order. At the outset of the visit, I was very vocal about concerns over less than positive reviews of this store/one staff member that I had just read online. Dan, the manager of this store, came over and went through all aspects of our order, including charges and the logic of whether we really needed everything that we ordered (holiday deal or not). He took the time to allay our concerns; as such, we left the store feeling far more confident about doing business with this particular Wireless Zone store. Dan knows his stuff and certainly demonstrated excellent customer service. Thanks Dan!

  3. Got ripped off. Other Verizon in providence is much better. Won’t be going here again. Firstly clerk lied to me and said my phone would come free with a series seven Apple Watch. I checked the promotion various times infront of him and verbally confirmed it was the correct promotion. Got a free SE 2 instead. Called corporate to clarify, was supposed to get series 7. Didn’t want to pursue because it wasn’t worth my time. Second I gave a faulty camera protector for my phone. Same clerk confirmed that he received it then and there. Came back multiple times over the next week as a new one was supposed to come in. They were dragging their feet so I said just to cancel the order, I already have back the camera protector anyway. They conveniently forgot that I gave it back.

    Take your business to the other Verizon. This one isn’t worth it.

  4. My Verizon representative (Ahmed Eide) was exceedingly helpful, especially since I was stressed out from breaking my phone. He found me the best deal, explained all the options and then expedited setting up my devices and transferring my data. He was friendly, understanding and answered all of my questions.

    I would definitely would go to this store and use this representative for my future Verizon needs. Thank you

    Unfortunately, my 4.5 yr old phone bricked itself overnight. Needing a new phone, I decided to try out this store based on the excellent reviews. Boy, am I glad I did! Derek walked me through the whole process, showing me different discounts I could get by combining streaming services I currently have with my Verizon bill, answering every question I had, and really getting to know what I used my phone for to make sure I got the right one. I walked out of there with the best feeling, knowing I got a great deal, as well as PHENOMENAL service. I fully intent to return here next time I need anything related to my cell phone!

    If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have been a Verizon customer ever since my first cell phone. In May I purchased two phones at this store on very good promotional deals. I did not want to take on debt so I paid in full for both phones in store rather than taking on a payment plan. Since then I have seen 2 payment plans on my bil, one day r each phone!!! I have called the store a number of times and been back in person to the store as well without much luck. When they sold me the phones somehow the promotions never got applied. During one of my calls to the store one employee was able to fix one of the phone’s payment plans, but no one has been able to help me with the other. I am now stuck with a $20/month payment plan on a phone I ALREADY PAID FOR. Don’t believe these people when they offer you promotions. I thought Verizon was a reputable company but they are SCAMMERS!!!!

    Jeik took the time to explain everything to me very nicely and offered me his candid advice. Trust me the store was busy with costumers, but I wasn’t rushed. When I have to visit a Verizon store again I will definitely see him first. My first time at this store. Thumbs up!

    Store manager said the order wasn’t ready because the order had to go through a fraud check and then a third party verification, so to feel free to walk around for a while. I waited for an hour and finally called customer service only to find out there was no such check or verification, and at that point the manager finally says, oh the order just came through. Like ok.. sure.. thanks for making me wait. Edit: Not only that, but when I finally got my order I asked about porting over my old number and was reassured that it was all taken care of, she handed me everything nodding and walking away as if to get me to leave as soon as possible. I got a text message once I was home the moment the phone was on saying that the port was unsuccessful. This was the first time a Verizon employee did not go through a phone activation with me at the store and seemed to just want to get rid of me. How in the world this person was promoted to store manager being as disinterested in providing the least bit of customer service is beyond me.

    Not happy with this store trying to purchase a phone they did not have in stock so I asked Jeffrey O’Donnell the supervisor to get the particular I was looking for and I will pick it up later he could not do that they had to ship it to my house concerned about having a phone sitting at my doorstep I wanted to pick it up in store and Jeffrey O’Donnell the supervisor was unable to do that because it would have been my phone at their store so I said order one for stock I’ll pick it up Jeffrey O’Donnell could not do that they could not do that they have no control over what stocked at the store. Even though the website says order your phone and pick up in store.
