I spoke to David P. at Cellular Sales, and immediately he was “on it!”. He asked me a few qualifying questions, and within minutes was able to meet and exceed my expectations. I was offered a choice of colors and options, and before I knew it we were off the phone, and the order was placed. He not only over saw the entire process from my initial conversation to my new fully functioning phone in my hand and had me back at work in no time. Before I received the phone, he had already put the screen protector on, and it arrived in the clear case I wanted. David could not have been more professional or prompt in the service he provided. Came in to add a new line to our account, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Kaila in particular was phenomenal! She spent a significant amount of time making sure we had EVERYTHING we needed and made sure we weren’t paying any unnecessary fees. My husband and I came in a couple days ago. I had to create this Gmail just so I could leave a glowing review for Johnny. He was phenomenal. I always feel like I’m being sold BS everytime I go to Verizon, but Johnny was extremely transparent about the purchase we were making. Probably the only time I’ve ever left not feeling confused and duped. I will be back to see Johnny from here on out. Plus my husband really liked him, and he doesn’t like anybody!
