    Nice people but horrible phone service , don’t go thru this service just go to metro by t-mobile u can’t beat the great service every where,verizon 2-3 bars. t-mobile is great!!

    Excellent customer service at the West Springfield, Massachusetts store, better than the last two company Verizon stores I’ve recently visited. Justin could answer most of my questions and was patient in explaining what I wanted to know. He treated me with respect. For the questions he couldn’t answer, he provided adequate suggestions on things I could try. I will make this Verizon store my store of choice in the future and recommend to my family and friends.

    Mostly friendly (if inattentive) staff, with a clear corporate influence. The door guy would really rather you stayed home and conducted your business on the internet, and doesn’t seem familiar with the concept of retail locations being able to provide clear or reputable information about the products sold there. The future is “look it up at home before you come in.”

    What’s “common sense” is that your employees should learn how to properly address, clarify and redirect your customers. Why do your employees laugh at clients for reasonable inquiries? Your employees should rather be laughing at *themselves* for being so incompetent and poor at their jobs and being unable to control their petty emotions. I feel sorry for Verizon on Boston Rd somehow maintaining a storefront and covering up for bad behavior. Say goodbye to your current clients.

    Ive been here for my issue…need help to access my verizon account. And the the guy give me some numbers to call (it was like I annoy he was doing his private stuff? ). After couple hours googling myself and call customer service, my issue is still… To the manager, you should check those employees getting paid for doing their own stuff and not helpful at all to verizon’s customers. Dissapointed!!
