  1. Kohl’s is a great place to shop. Has a large variety of merchandise and excellent sales deals if you keep track of them. Store is maintained well, very clean and employees are helpful. It is a relaxing atmosphere that lets you take your time at look for your items at your pace. Also no pressure if you don’t find what you are looking for. There are self help kiosks to check if a particular item is available online, should you have your heart set on a particular color or variation of an item.

  2. Good place to chase brand name merchandise at reduced price. I always like to check on the clearance sections marked with red tags. Way more choice for women clothes. If you have time it’s definitely worth sifting through priced to clear items.

  5. Even though Kohl’s is one of my favorite stores, I just started to notice that the people who work there, don’t even ask customer’s if they need help with anything. I’m not saying that they NEVER do, I just don’t see the curtious interaction that I grew up with. One thing that bothers me is when I go into a store and no-one greets you or even acknowledges your presence. Even if someone is busy and can’t say a simple “hello”, you can still be acknowledged with eye contact & a little nod. Feeling ignored by staff is not a great feeling. It doesn’t make me want to spend my hard earned money in a store that doesn’t respect its customers. The only time anyone acknowledges me, is when I’m looking at the jewelry. I dont do anything to warrant being asked 7 times if I am doing okay….which I know is code for “WE THINK YOU’RE STEALING SO WE’RE GOING TO INTERUPT YOU EVERY 3 MINUTES UNTIL YOU LEAVE” UGH… ruins my whole retail therapy session 😐🙄🤦🏼‍♀️

    I have been here on multiple occasions. Clothes are what you would expect with the prices seeming fair. Employee are always helpful, welcoming, and ready to direct you to where you need to go but rarely will they take you there.

    Grandma loves taking our girls to Kohl’s anytime we are near one. usually we can find quite a few deals especially if we look at coupons or Kohl’s cash. there is usually a place where you can find a clearance rack and things that are deeply deeply discounted, but it was very difficult to find something like that on this trip because every other aisle had a banner that said Clearance or sale or something but we did walk away with a few good deals there. It would be good to inform their designers that not everyone likes trans clothing. Many of the styles there were just plain weird, and the men’s clothing was heavily effeminate. They would do better to appeal to a larger market…

    Good variety and high quality clothing and other merchandise. They do try to push the Kohl’s credit card. Clerks are friendly. Enjoy the store especially their Black Friday sales.

    Great Customer Service and very well staffed of any Kohl’s I’ve ever shopped at ! The Manager Wendy was so very Warm, Friendly Informative and Very Accommodating. For Six months I had no idea of her position or title there. Thank You Miss Wendy for treating every customer like a Rockefeller !! 👌🔥💯
