What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. This is one of my most favorite clothing stores and we always come here to buy clothes. Available here often with good clearence and offer. kohls charge, kohl’s coupons, kohl’s wallet are all very useful. You can see and buy good clearance items through kohl’s app. It is very easy and effective to deal with. You can even get $ 10 kohl’s cash if you buy more than $ 50. We regularly buy clothes for everyone in our family just here. Very useful especially for children. I love kohl’s app. If you forget to take kohl’s charge, you can checkout with kohl’s pay in kohl’s app. You can buy good quality branded school shoes here on offer. Good customer service. Recently we bought 3 branded school shoes for 115$ and got 20 $ kohl’s cash. I think it’s a good offer.

  2. 6515 Mills Civic parkway Des Moines Iowa. I am sitting in the parking lot after having the WORST experience here. The cashier “Marife” quite literally just asked me in excess of 10 times to sign up for Kohl’s rewards. The line was very long and I politely declined more times than I can count. At the end of ringing me up She then proceeds to tell me she going to apply a coupon for 35% off to my purchase. And I say thank you and go to pay. She then asks me for my Drivers License. I AGAIN decline her offer to give her my personal information to sign up for their store rewards. This all in front of a long line of customers. I was so embarrassed! After this last polite decline she then TAKES THE COUPON OFF OF MY PURCHASE and I now have to pay regular price because I didn’t want to hold up a long line of customers to sign up for their rewards program. Now I absolutely love kohl’s. But today is the last time I will ever shop at the Mills Civic location.

  3. It’s a store
    It has clothes
Sometimes they have things you’d be like, yeah that would be ok.
But usually they have a fairly limited selection if you’re looking for variety when shopping for men’s clothing.

Mostly just good for Amazon returns.
That coupon you get for doing that is neat though.

  4. The people here were very helpful. The price for the item I wanted was different on two different tags. The staff member told me to take a picture of the smaller one and show them up front since it was their mistake. Then, he reprogrammed the tag after he let me take the picture. I’d say that’s regal customer service!

  5. Was expecting to drop off an Amazon return but found out I had a UPS Store QR code. Cancelled my return and tried to initiate a Kohl’s return QR. No dice. Not Kohl’s problem (Amazon’s). Nice store. Clean. Friendly people. Glad the CSR clued me in on the code difference.

We didn’t find whatever we looked for. Unorganized a few sections. They need to work on it. Pricing is mess in sale areas.

My Granddaughter had an upcoming event and wanted something new to wear. Between clearance and sale items she got a couple of outfits and saved $100. The store is well stocked, organized and clean. Plus, using our Kohl’s card earned rewards.

Amazon returns. It’s nice the Kohl’s has Amazon returns but my experience today was terrible. Brought back two returns and as I stood in front of the return counter, I heard somebody yell I’ll be right there have your QR code ready. Since I had 2 returns, I had one already, and when she came up, she scanned it no issues. It took me a couple seconds to get the second one, and it seemed like she was frustrated that it was taking me too long to find it. When I did find it, she scanned it, and her little scanner was just twirled around and no receipt or anything printed out. I even questioned her about it, and she said don’t worry in a grumpy voice I came home to find that the first one showed returned on Amazon’s app, and the second one showed nothing. After 20 minutes with an Amazon representative they resent me a QR code, and I had to go back out to Kohl’s and have it re-scanned I wondered if I didn’t notice this if I would ever have gotten credit? Plus the lady was really rude the way she talked and her demeanor I will gladly use the free UPS returns that Amazon offers now instead of going to Kohl’s. I don’t buy much there anyhow, even when I do walk in.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Kohls used to be the ONLY please I got all my stuff, from clothes and shoes to bed, bathroom and kitchen. The prices of their stuff now days is just incredibly ridiculous, I know the prices of everything have gone but c’mon, I now go right next door to target and get better quality stuff for half the price and I don’t have to buy 2 get a deal! They’ve also changed it so you can’t pay your Kohls card with a debit card over the phone I have to drive alllllll the way to the store just to do so!!! I don’t live super close to one so that’s incredibly inconvenient to me! Also tells me they’re hurting for customers! Doing anything they possibly can to get people in the door. Must have been why they added Sephora as well. Maybe if they change their prices they won’t have to close their doors.

Noone around to help me locate luggage. Only 2 registers open. One person offered the consumer thr rewards perk and if she wanted a kohl’s card to save 10%. The person who waited on me never said anything about either one. They had great sales and I got some good deals on spring dresses and jewlry.
