  1. Generally speaking, it is a nice store. They have a lot of different choices but unfortunately, the good ones usually are sold in the early morning. If you need to get something nice, you have to go to the store early.

  3. Manager and Team member are helping the Reseller ,
    the place was full of organised teams and people buying all the best items to re-sell on. To the point that unless it’s in your hand they’ll take it. On an ordinary shopping day expect to have all the best items already gone so avoid this shop.

    Not Fair at all and team seems careless and I believe they are working with the reseller,
    Wasted my time during my Holiday

  4. Love shopping at this location. Prices are a steal and the staff are always friendly as well, walking around and making sure that we’re satisfied with our experience. The only downside is, if you’re going on the weekends, expect waiting in long lines to enter and checkout. With that said, I would probably only shop here on the weekdays.

    This is a huge discount nike store. It is not like other clearance store which has only XXL and XXS. In this store, you can find all sizes with a good price. Crew is quite helpfull. Cashier helped me to download and login nike app to get a 15% discount.

    I’m never going back to that store. I got yelled at by the manager because I declined to complete a customer survey and provide my email address. After spending over $200 at the store. I declined because I had waited almost half an hour for my order to be brought to the cashier, only to be told there was none I had to take the item on display. I had to rush back to work. I get treated much better at McDonalds where I go to spend $8. Terrible woman. I’m never going back

    Never returning here or to any JD sport sneaker store. I was in the market for some sneakers, and this place looked new. For anyone who does want to read all this, they are rude and make you wait around for nothing. As soon as I enter and start looking around. I asked an employee if he could get me a pair of sneakers. He asked for my size and told me, “They’re available in my size, and he’ll be back in a few.” After waiting for 10 mins, I walked up to another employee and asked about the sneakers I asked for with the other employee. She said she would look into it and asked for my size. I once again wait another 7 mins or so. She comes out and tells me they don’t have it available in that size. I told her the previous employee told me they did. She then told me “Well I just checked, and clearly we do not.” RUDE! Me – “Ok, well, what happened with the other guy who had me waiting for 10 minutes?” (I described how he looked) Her – “I’m not sure who you spoke to. There isn’t anyone like that.” Being extremely upset about the whole situation, I decided to just walk out. To my surprise, THE GUY I ORIGINALLY SPOKE TO WALKS OUT THE BACK WITH NO SNEAKER! Never ever returning here!

    This store is extremely unprofessional. I seen some beautiful Nike pink dunks that dropped online today so I sent my son to see if the store has. The manager victoria complete disrepects my son saying to stop asking her and She holding the dunk and not selling till march. Victoria then Walks away from my son in the middle of there conversation. I was in disbelief when I heard this because My son Has spending money every week in that store since they opened(Have Purchase Proof). I thought the whole point of a store was to sell a shoe they have and is even more crazy that the manager would treat a loyal customers like me and my son like this.

    If I could give 0 stars I would, I went in on 3/11 to purchase some sneakers which I had never worn and tried returning them today , key word “tried” because the supposed “store manager” with the red hair gave me all kinds of false excuses to not return them, I was told 4 different lies on why I couldn’t return them, they’re rude and have terrible customer service, there’s so many sneaker stores in this area you’re better off spending your money elsewhere like champs, footlocker and magic sneaker , all reputable and close by, don’t waste your time here
