I was stopped by an employee at the door an was told we are closed I asked what time do y’all close he stated 8pm it was 750 by that time, I told him I had an online return he mention again we are close I asked for a manger was told they are busy helping the last customers in the store I again reinstated are y’all close or closing employee stated we are closing but I was not allowed to return my purchase or speak with some one higher then him. Very inconsiderate an un professional. This type of customer service reflects on management. He asked if he could ring up the man behind me 1st because it would take a min to order my socks and the man only had 1 item (which turned out not to be true. He had a few items behind the reg) I said ok and after he started to ring the man out he walked away and put another guy on register. Ordered a pair of Monarch’s online but they fit too small. I went in and was able to exchange for the correct size with no problems. The gentleman that helped me was so nice and respectful. He even gave me the store’s price which was less than the price online! It was a pleasant surprise!
Small shirts inventory for kids and men’s, but as my first Nike store visit I recommend going here for shoes and anything else other than shirts!
Had been all over town & no luck .Called ahead to see if they had Nike slides size 15 & not only did they have them but the held them at register for me. Staff was so nice & helpful.Thank You So Much. Will definitely be back.
Come here quite often but I’ll go back to waiting until I go to Houston to hit up the Nike store. Purchased a pair of shoes that I received a discount on, went online saw they were marked down even more. Called the store and asked about a price adjust was told that they could work something out, contacted customer service to see if I could get a more direct answer, agent said it’s up to the store but if it’s the same shoe, style & size shouldn’t be a problem. Came in today & was told no price adjustment can be done would need to order online. Why wasn’t that brought up when I originally asked? Now I have to return the shoe, order online & have to wait for it to come. Especially when I wanted the shoe for this weekend. Frustrating with people & customer service these days. I gave 2 stars only because I love Nike. People need to be upfront.
