  1. I’m very happy with the service I received at this location today. I was greeted immediately upon entering by Damien Rivera. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He took time to listen to what was needed and he was able to deliver a better plan and phone for less than I was paying before. I asked for a card because I will tell my family and friends to go to this Verizon store and ask for Damien.

  2. Chris did an amazing job of assisting me today with obtaining the two phones I needed with the very best deal! He made a very smooth and easy transition from my old phones to my new phones and even connected them in my car. Chris went above and beyond! Cellular Sales at this location is my Verizon go to store!!!! Employees are professional and very helpful! I left with new phones and all my questions were answered! I highly recommend them!

  3. I’ve been with Verizon for years. My husband was with T-Mobile. He broke his phone and I added him to my plan. We went into the Santa Barbara location and it was the best experience I’ve ever had with Verizon. Avellina and Justin stayed with us way past closing and went above and beyond to get us up and running. They also found the best deals and promotions to help make the transfer easy! Go see them!!!

  4. Zach was amazing! Me and my family walked into Verizon wanting to switch services and Zach was very helpful throughout the whole process. He made the transition practically seamless with all his incredible knowledge of the technology and Verizon services. Zach is very personable, helpful, friendly and has an amazing customer service! 10/10 would recommend!!!

  5. ZERO stars for this place. Julian is a great liar and does not do what you ask him to. My husband and I very explicitly told him multiple times DO NOT CHANGE OUR PLAN!!!!! He told us he would not and that our bill would go up by $10. We were ok with that then our bill goes up $51 per month because he changed our plan. That old plan is no longer available. I reached out to the regional director several times to make a complaint and he has not called me back. Cant trust them. Also he is a trainer for other reps there. Can you imagine how hes training them???

    I wanted to say thank you to Morgan for the great service that she provided 1/9/23 at the Verizon store on Cape Coral Parkway. I went into the store to help my brother-in-law who is having memory issues and has also recently lost his wife. He had downloaded several “virus cleaner apps” which had shut his phone down. She took the time to delete these apps and get his phone running again. Great job!

    I first met Michael Codi last year in the Naples store. He was excellent to work with, professional, helpful, and funny. Michael left for a while and I hadn’t known and reached out to him and although no longer at the time with Verizon he said he would put me in contact with someone who could help. Well today, having a SIM card issue with a iPhone 13 Pro Max and happened to text him- as his number was still and my phone and forgot he was no longer working for Verizon. To my happy accident he is working for Verizon again, just a different location. The one in Cape Coral. He actually took time to call me to help me out with my problem. Talk about super sweet, and going above and beyond. Michael Codi is definitely an employee who needs to be recognized for going the extra mile. If you happen to go to the Cape Coral store for help, I suggest ask for Michael Codi and you’ll have exceptional service.

    I worked with Andrew Fiechter at this location. He managed to turn a very unfortunate and frustrating experience into a positive and even enjoyable one. He was very thorough in explaining my options, extremely helpful with every step of the process. Very personable yet very professional! Great personality, and I could see him moving up within the company.

    Me and my wife stopped in here this past Saturday. My wife wanted to upgrade her phone. She was thinking about switching to Apple. But the order taker (he’s not a sales person) talked her out of it because “HE” hates Apple. And when I would bring up a reason why I like Apple he had something opposite to say everytime. It almost came across like he was doing it on purpose and being rude. I almost told him to P*** Off. I imagine he doesn’t work on commission because it shows. It’s his job to answer questions when asked and maybe help guide you to your decision. Not to be argumentative and rude. We didn’t get anything because he talked her out of getting an iPhone and told her come back after 2/1 when Samsung makes some announcement. To be honest she was annoyed with him and she could tell I was getting annoyed so we left. We will probably just go to another store and get something.

    I ordered a new phone on thursday via phone for a pickup near punta gorda. Im driving through Florida. since he couldnt tell me when it might be ready i told him i would be in that area on monday afternoon. Friday morning i get a text saying its in a pickup locker. They closed early on sat, and of course closed christmas day, as expected. I get there at 10am on monday and im told that it was restocked at midnight and i would see a refund soon. They counted FRIDAY AS DAY ONE. 3 Days and its restocked. At midnight. 1 minute after Christmas day. The girl at the store apoligized and said she could duplicate the order. She would put me in the queue to sit down with someone. SHE SHOULD HAVE MOVED ME TO THE FRONT OF THE LINE. Not even the IRS would count friday as day 1. Im going to buy an unlocked phone from samsung when i get home and look into alternate carriers. Unless Verizon wants to something nice for a change. And i wont even get into the week ordeal and hours on the phone and chat getting to this point.
