We purchased a phone case and paid a balance on my phone bill. We did not get a printed receipt, but my card notified me of the transaction. The next day I decided to upgrade a second line, but the balance I paid the day before was still showing and wouldn’t allow me to upgrade the second line. When I called Verizon, they said to wait 3 days for the payment to post to the account. I waited a week, the payment still hadn’t posted. When I called back I was advised to call the store because the store was saying that my payment didn’t go through, even though my card showed the money taken out. I was advised to wait for my bank statement to show the payment processed and take it to the store to have the adjustment made. In the meantime, I have a late fee on my account. When I try to contact the store directly, I’m directed to Verizon customer service. The direct number to the store just rings and rings. My experience at the McHenry Verizon store was absolutely amazing! Brock is the best guy I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting and especially at a phone branch. He is way beyond his years and an exceptional employee and associate. He was absolutely amazing to be hanging out with white doing everything for me to ensure that I had the best experience with my new phone. We plan on golfing together and going to the gym across the street from Verizon. He is a great guy and he will make a excellent manager soon.
Make sure you ask for Brock and I can assure you will have the best experience you have ever had dealing with a salesman and especially a fricking phone company.
