  1. Always a good spot to grab a few things, in out and easy, friendly staff, some products will be higher priced but it’s to be expected with a small business and gladly will pay the extra to support small business over corporate, as well as there aren’t any major home improvement stores nearby.
    Their nut / bolt / fastener selection is absolutely astounding 😍😍😍😍😍

They make keys with chips in them that come with the key fob for a fraction of the price of the dealerships .. they can program them under 20 minutes or less and what would normally cost me about $500 at a Dodge dealership they fixed for a hundred and fifty bucks and the employees there are very courteous knowledgeable helpful and in general great people

  4. You guys know I’m going to tell it like it is. Our trip to Ace Hardware on Maynardville Pike on 5/26/23 was too terrible for words. We were there for bird food soon before Mother’s Day and it was a veritable wonderland of perennials and annuals. Everything luscious and well maintained.

    Today I went back with a list and I was so sad to see the pitiful selection and what there was so ill cared for.
    They need to clean up their act or stop dealing in living things. 😡

    Stopped by to check out the Traeger smokers. The department manager, Shelby, helped me answering my question and offering advice. We ended up making a purchase. Love the Elder’s Ace stores and the one at Harding Valley is superb! This isn’t your typical Ace store. Lots of products and a very friendly staff. Must visit this one if you’re in the area!

    This is the nicest Ace; no, the nicest hardware store I’ve ever been to. It was my first time there, and I was looking for a new smoker. Shelby went out of his way to made calls to find the model I was looking for sooner than shipping would have allowed to help me with a big weekend cook. I think this is the start to a great relationship!

    Just moved to town and my husband and I stumbled into this store. We were attracted by the gorgeous outdoor garden center and meandered around. Felt a jolt of spontaneity and decided to go into the Ace portion of the store and look at bird feeders. We don’t know much about birds, so we sought out help and found an associate, Shelby. Shelby not only educated us on the different types of birds in Tennessee, and the feeders and seeds that they need, but we had an enjoyable time with him for over a half hour chit chatting. We feel so at home now and are going to frequent this store often. Can’t recommend enough!
