- Reviews:Very very clean. Just was hard to find an employee for help and the prices are more expensive than target for the same brand. So we ended up taking back a few things bc we found them cheaper at target. Got a pair of jeans there though that looks amazing on my son!!! Again the place is very clean and in the back you can send back Amazon packages 📦!!!By liz chaffee (9 months ago)It’s all about those Amazon returns – SO convenient! 👍👍 Quick & easy, and they give you some sort of in-store coupon or Kohl’s cash when you make an Amazon return. I’m not quite sure what to make of the rest of the store though… it definitely comes across as NOT on-trend stuff, or off-season?? 🤷♀️🤷♀️ Like, it’s a smidge better than the selection at Ross/Marshall’s/TJMaxx etc, but definitely far off the mark of what you would find at Nordstom or even Dillard’s, Macy’s, etc There is a very large Sephora section in this Kohl’s – cool.By Christine M (10 months ago)A favorite store that is nearby. Love that I can take Amazon returns here, but must always stay and shop because of the perk passed along. Almost bought this JOY ornament as the after Christmas Sale was in full swing. Love discounts I can enjoy at Kohl’s. Been shopping at this store since it opened. My first card was hacked at the beginning, but straightened out and continue to appreciate being ID’d. This has to be the least customer service oriented retailer. When I came in to the store there were 4 open registers with employees just standing there but for some reason I had to walk all the way to the back to do a simple return. Then their system didn’t allow it to refund me cash or a different card number since the one I originally used had been closed. The manager was not helpful and lacked problem solving skills. I was only here because I was given a gift card but thank you so much for the reminder of why I don’t shop here.
Not only was the selection poor, but when I found what I was looking for, the cashiers well all laughing and chit chatting. Not until the 1 cashier that was actually working said something, did the other 4 pay attention. This was a destination of convenience, but will no longer be a store of choice.
Very happy to be able to do Amazon returns at this location. Always quick and simple. Online pickup is also simple.
Happy to have a Sephora in this location. Miss the bigger jewelry selection though.
It’s def a kohls. This one is laid out a little differently than what I normally see. Fairly well organized and orderly. Female bathroom faucet had issues turning off. I’d like to think it’s repaired by now. People tend to drive fast in this parking lot so be cautious.
This review is about the Sophora located in Kohl’s. Simply Amazing friendly and helpful. I met a new friend. I will be bringing coffee grounds in for them. For nostril cleaning after smelling all the different colognes.
