    I’d never been to a Ross store before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. It’s not bad, basically like a Gabe’s. I had a nice conversation with an associate at the dressing room. She was really nice and helpful. I asked her about the pole on the shopping carts and she said it’s to keep the carts inside. Good to know!! So don’t try to take your cart outside or the pole will hit the top of the door and stop you from exiting!

    It’s a friendly environment for regular shopping. You are greeted with a welcome every time when you enter the store. Product quality is good and reasonably priced. You can also get some good deals on clearance.

    Ross has really stepped it up a few notches in their stores from clothing to their home store merchandise. Prices are pretty good. Associates where friendly. Clean.
