  5. This place is a joke. Very crowded when I was there and it doesn’t even seem like you get a discount from what the retail price is. People are leaving shoes and boxes everywhere so the staff thinks it was you when you just sat down. Need to do a better job and it’s not a discounted kind of place. Order online people as this is a joke

    I was a little disappointed by the size and scope of this Nike store. I went into it thinking this would be on par for something like Chicago, Georgetown or New York City… This has less product and selection than your typical Nike outlet store. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the scope and size of the store was shockingly small.

    My grandson recently picked this store to go to for his make a wish shopping spree. They went above and beyond to make him feel special welcomed and gave him such great deals. Everybody in the store that day was warm and friendly . I can’t thank them enough for making his day so special

    Bit of a sneaker head and regularly traverse online sales as it can prove difficult finding a size 13 mens. First impressions go a long way. I had to return some uncomfortable Lunar Force 1’s and this store is legit great customer service. Very welcoming and friendly start to finish. Thank you.

    Such a good experience! All of the staff is welcoming and seem happy to work there. The manager, David, was amazing! He was very helpful and personable, and found a shoe I saw online in just a few minutes! I’ll definitely be coming back to this location.

    If you like to spend a lot of money on shoes, this might be a place you’ll like a lot. Nice looking shoes, but I will have to keep buying mine at DSW where they cost less than half of what the cheapest ones at this store cost.
