  3. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. The Ramsay Way store is hands down THE BEST. Helped me super efficiently when the other Verizon stores just let me down and left me disappointed. Mitchell was amazing.

    I had gotten a new phone and had great service. Went smoothly and had been told as long as I come back within 30 days I could get $350 for my trade in. I come back later in the month and was told I can get $100. No additional help or trying to figure out why I was quoted higher. Just said that is what I could get. Frustrating to say the least.

    Do not use. Was in line and heard the sales person strong arm a couple in to buying a bunch of extras that they didn’t need. Mentioned it to the manager (devean) he said thats the way we do it. Left immediately.

    I have been repeatedly victimized by this repugnant store. A particularly dim-witted and duplicitous employee explicitly promised me 200 dollars in trade in value for my old phone. He claimed something was amiss with the price of my new phone. Following a protracted phone conversation with a superior (out of earshot in what appeared to be little more than a broom closet) the price hadn’t changed but somehow my trade in had vanished. He meekly took back the box he’d given me mere minutes ago to ship my old phone to Verizon. He assured me this development was of no consequence as I could take the phone back to the Verizon store and receive 200 dollars. I explained that my phone wasn’t in perfect condition. At this point he reassured me that I’d receive a 200 dollar credit towards my new phone. It would be inconvenient but it seemed simple enough. I returned to the store and was instantly rebuffed upon attempting to do a trade in. The simpleton I’d dealt with during my initial visit neglected to mention that I would need to bring the account holder along to the trade in. None of the employees I interacted with during my three visits to the store (the last being when I had a revelation) happened to mention that I could do my trade in online. The best trade in value for my damaged phone was 80 dollars, far short of the lofty 200 promised by the bona-fide liar I first interacted with at the Verizon store. Thank you ever so much for telling me a bald-faced lie and further worsening the reputation of the only salesmen less respected than used car salesmen. Best of luck on continuing to deceive and manipulate all of your customers without compunction.

    Walked in store. Lots of people standing around. No greeting. Everyone had a sour look on their faces. Maybe I should come back another time.

    All I needed to do was exchange a case for a different color, but was told I would have to wait in the same line as everyone. I understand that others were there before me. But couldn’t there be a quicker system for customers doing something really quick and a different line for other things that take longer, or at least a system to help when something like that happens?? My entire transaction would have taken 30 seconds, probably shorter than it took them to check me in and get me in line when I arrived.

    I had an issue which needed to be addressed, so I went to the Southcenter location. I met and spoke with Leah, the store manager, and she was an intrical part in fixing the issue. She was extremely kind, patient and understanding. The staff was incredible! THANK YOU!!
