  1. I struggled to switch to Verizon from T mobile over a period of 2 days online. I finally gave up and went to the store. I was helped by Jackie within 20 min of getting there on a busy Saturday. She got my number switched over with a new phone and out the door within another 20 min with absolutely no issues. New phone is already fully switched and functional less than 3 hours later. This is a great location with great customer service.

  2. I called three different customer service reps over the span of two days about something wrong with my account. Could not get any solutions went into this store and they paired me with Jonathan and he answered all my questions and got me an upgrade on my phone with no issues. He was respectful and explained what was wrong with my account and he fixed the issues. Definitely someone that is rare these days in the customer service aspect. Thank you, Jonathan.
