One of the managers named Josh at the Valley River Verizon location was very knowledgeable and accommodating to my needs while I waited on the line with tier 2 to attempt to resolve my issue.By dth4237 (2 months ago)Was told they “didn’t have time to assist us…” by three (3) assistants… And then it took them several minutes to schedule a later time for them to help us, causing a return trip. We live 40 mins away. Almost thought Customer Service was dead…but…the Verizon kiosk within the mall, not 200′ away from this fancy storefront, gave me spectacular assistance, answering all our questions in a few minutes! Right then! Even with less staff there, a much smaller space, and 3 other customers, with another one on the phone!!! - Reviews:They were extremely helpful as long as I was buying something. Then turned i to a brick wall when I tried to make a return. I bought 3 new Samsung 22 Ultra phones, 3 new cases, and 3 battery chargers. Great experience, except they wanted to charge us $45 per phone to transfer stuff from one Verizon phone to the new one. Whatever. I took it home and did it myself. Took forever, but it was free. Less than a week later, when I tried to return (1) of the cases that had a small.straight tear in the bottom seam of the packaging, the turned cold. Refused to accept the return because of the package tear because no one would want it. The case had never even been removed from the box. Instead of ‘losing’ money on a phone case they lost a customer. My recommendation, since this is privately owned and not a Verizon store, at all, go somewhere else where they are.more inclined to protect their business by taking care of their customers. If you have to get a phone here, get your accessories online. Alana worked with us for as long as we needed and with a smile the whole time! She was so kind and considerate of our needs and never lost her patience despite the struggles we had and the hours it took. She never made us feel rushed and was so helpful and we got to our desired resolution by the end! Pulled out all the stops and tricks up her sleeve to get what we needed. Really fantastic customer service at this location. Despite being quite busy, both Kevin and Alana made sure the customers felt cared for and helped with their needs.
I went in to pay my monthly bill and was talked into updating my plan with new phones and watches by Alex. He was nice and not too pushy. But my experience was absolutely amazing when I came back in once my products arrived. Alanna was absolutely wonderful. She helped me set up my new accounts, transferred my phone information and most of all, she was kind and understanding. Because of employees like Alanna and Trey i will continue to use Verizon. Thank you for employing wonderful humans like these two people. Thank you Ron Houchens
Terrible customer service. Tried to activate one phone months ago and was charged to transfer date. Rep took old sim card from phone and installed in new phone. Had to call corporate to fix and fully activate phone. They stated the rep should not have let me leave the store without properly setting it up and refunded me the charge. Just tried to set up new phone through SAME store. Told the rep what had happened and he said the rep did not want to take the extra time to do it correctly. Coincidently, it was same rep he apparently remembered this visit. If your phone is not working correctly at the store corporate stated they need to make sure it does before you leave. I do not recommend this location at all.
Dalton was so great and helped out so well to get me thru a tough situation.
I’d recommend his help to anyone looking for a good Verizon experience!
Alex was knowledgeable and provided a no pressure sales experience without trying to upsell me. I had my new iPhone set up and ready to go within 30 minutes of my visit. Highly recommend the store.
