  1. So I came to the mall right at close for this location at 9 p.m, I thought(to take care of billing issues I forgot to take care that day). On the Saturday before Christmas.
    Just as I was looking for this location at #meadowoodmall in #Reno #Nevada , I found it was closed(for lunch temporarily) after losing my way through the mall trying to locate the location. What amazed me was, that I had the agent who ran that location by herself that hour was on her own time/break-time come and let me know (as I asked another vendor for the store location right across from the store I didn’t see) and she happened to be near me (behind my right as I didn’t see she was behind me) she politely (a bit out of breath (I’ll explain why later)) said that she would be back shortly and that store wasn’t closed at this time of night due to the holiday.
    So after I finally found the location and getting Christmas shopping done. I had the wonderful Tiara assist me in making some changes to my bill and aided me in a friendly and kind manner. As we were wrapping up, I was told this. That little did I know (when I first entered the mall asking vendors for the Verizon store’s location she(Tiara) overheard my question and tried to catch up with me(on her own lunch/break time) by the food court. In trying to find me after I had walked past a couple of vendors to find the store and I guess she lost me. Good News, thankfully she didn’t so when I finally found the store (her(Tiara’s) very, VERY, time consuming hunt in trying to locate me came to an good ending) as she caught up with me. As a result I was deeply touched by that, as throughout the week I’ve had some really bad customer service experiences. For once this week, I guess I can safely say I had a pretty good one that really showed me that there are people that still care. Even people who will go out of their way to help people, even if it’s really inconvenient to themselves.   2. On 11/17, i recd a new phone from Verizon insurance. I brought it, and had THE BEST SERVICE from Dare. He was supposed to head home, but he stayed and performed “magic” on my transfer! Everything transferred perfectly. And lots of tips from a VERY knowledgeable employee. Great experience.

  3. We went to the Verizon store today to discuss how we went over data due to the massive storms in Reno, NV and how our internet has been out since the 31st of December. We wanted to see if there was any way for us to pay a little extra for more extra data or upgrade due to my spouse working from home. The gentleman who spoke to us had 0 sympathy, didn’t even bother listening to what we had to say, and then had the audacity to say how we should be grateful for what we pay because it should be more.

    We have been customers for 15 years but this interaction has ruined any want to continue being with Verizon. We will be looking for alternative providers.

  4. dont purchase unless you can get the item the same second . would you buy a house you cant move into? would u give thousands out and not get any return . 7-10 days hold time? long shipping waits and BY LAW DISCLOSURES THAT WERENT DISCLOSED . good luck puppets

  5. We were in this store yesterday after receiving very poor service from Pinky at the Susanville location We walked into the store and were helped By Geo. He broke down our whole transaction that we had made a few days earlier so we understood all the charges we had plus helped us find out what our monthly bill would be and suggested some discounts that were overlooked by the saleswoman that took care of us in Susanville. Even though he was not our salesman he took great care of us. Thank you Geo for helping us out. Natalie and Craig

    Skylar fulfilled all of our needs. We had been told that we couldn’t upgrade and turn in our phones at a different location, but Skylar was very knowledgeable and we walked out with new phones.     Shout out to Jarrin! With the unique situation we had, he was able to resolve the issue for us. After being disappointed several times, Jarrin was patient and helpful. Verizon itself needs to work on their system in my opinion, and I’m still not sure what the issue was to begin with. I am just glad that we don’t have to deal with this problem anymore.
