  1. I stepped in on Sunday afternoon trying to get service for an iPad I had just purchased from a private seller. By the time I left my new buddy Jeff Makant, has me hooked up with the newest BOGO deal so I was able to get my girl the 11 Pro Max plus cellular service for my iPad 12.9 AND took away the iPad I had just purchased and included the newest (7th generation)iPad out plus insurance for all 4 devices AND STILL BEAT AT&T’s price by $4.00! I call that excellent service by a motivated staff member eager to please and gain a happy customer!!! Way to go Verizon!!!

  3. I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service that was shown by Mark. I went in to get a phone repair or upgrade and came out with a watch, phone, case and all kind of needed accessories. He is very kind, funny and patient. Knows his stuff! I gave 5 stars strictly because of how satisfied I was with Mark but those other team members were very unprofessional this morning/afternoon.Won’t go into detail but they may need some more coaching on professionalism and manners. Great job Mark and thank you so very much.

  5. I recently visited Verizon (5/23/23 10-11am) with the intention of upgrading my phone from the S21 Ultra to the S23 Ultra. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of a complete letdown. The gentleman who assisted me made several false promises, leading to a frustrating and regrettable situation.

    Firstly, he enticed me with the prospect of an $800 credit if I switched my phone plan to their new offering, which required me to pay for their Disney bundle. Alternatively, if I stayed on my current plan that included the Disney bundle for free, I would only receive a $440 credit. Believing this to be a great opportunity, I made the switch to the new plan.

    However, upon returning home, I discovered that not only was I now being charged for the Disney bundle, Google play and Walmart+ (which I never asked for) ,but I also never received the promised $800 credit. To make matters worse, when I contacted Verizon directly to rectify the situation, their representatives informed me that the method employed by the gentleman at the store was invalid and would never have worked in the first place. I felt utterly deceived and misled.

    In addition to the financial disappointment, the switch to the new plan actually proved to be more expensive for me in the long run. With the additional $15 per month for the Disney bundle and Google Play, and the 36-month commitment for the $800 credit, it became apparent that sticking to my original plan and receiving the $440 credit would have been the more sensible choice.

    To compound my dissatisfaction, the representative also made unauthorized changes to my account by moving my second line to a cheaper plan that does not include 5G Ultra Wideband. This alteration was carried out without my consent or knowledge, highlighting a complete disregard for customer preferences and needs.

    Furthermore, the representative incorrectly installed my screen protector, resulting in a persistent and unsightly oil splotch that impairs my phone usage experience. It is disheartening to think that such basic installation procedures were mishandled, leaving me with a damaged screen protector that I must now replace at my own expense.

    Overall, my experience at Verizon was truly disappointing. The misleading offers, the failure to deliver on promised credits, the higher costs incurred due to the new plan, the unauthorized changes to my account, and the subpar screen protector installation all contribute to my profound dissatisfaction. I expected better service, transparency, and professionalism from a company of Verizon’s stature. Regrettably, my encounter with their representative fell far below these standards. I cannot recommend Verizon based on my experience, and I strongly advise others to approach their offers and services with caution.

    Today I came in with my mother and we were greeted with a smile by a beautiful burgundy haired lady named Daisy to see about both of us getting an upgrade. She was extremely patient with my elderly mother. She repeated herself so many times and not once did I since frustration or annoyance from daisy. She also gave me a lot of great information about how people who receive independent streams of income can receive even better deals, SO I definitely will be coming back once I get my business ball rolling!!😂

    Kat was an absolute blessing when I came in this morning. I was already in a bad mood when I came in but she literally made my weekend. Not only did she fix my problems, she went above and beyond her job and made sure I was completely satisfied and comfortable with the decisions I made today. I rarely leave reviews but I was SO compelled to let everyone know that this Verizon location has the BEST customer service.

    I was in Verizon on south military on Sunday last week. The woman who helped me (daisy) was the best sales person I’ve ever had in all the years I’ve been with Verizon. She went out of her way to get me a new phone and watch (Apple), and she’s the reason why I go to Verizon. She is an Asset to Verizon. She’s fantastic.     Went in on March 31, 2023 to switch providers. Brought my own phone and was told about a promo. Never told about the $50 activation fee until it was completed, but I let that slide. Activation fees make sense. Signed up for the $78 per month plan with autopay. Otherwise, all went great until I got a bill notification on April 2, 2023 for a billing period of “Start Date – March 30, 2023” for $158.50. Odd – I didn’t have Verizon in that time frame. Looked at the bill closer and find a $48 charge for a second line I didn’t approve, as well as phone insurance I didn’t even know about, much less agree to add. Called billing and was told the guy didn’t even add the promo code for having brought my own phone. Let’s break this down: 1. Added a second phone line I didn’t need or approve. 2. Didn’t tell me about the activation fee prior to setting it all up. That was a fun surprise charge at the end. 3. Added insurance I wasn’t told about, much less approve. 4. Didn’t add the promo HE told me about. 5. Somehow keyed in that I switched to Verizon prior to March 31st and set up a lovely $158 bill. He committed fraud, he lied and I am willing to bet they do this to everyone who walks in their doors. Just go to a Verizon Wireless store and stay away from the “Authorized Dealers”.

    My dad needed a new phone. We have a great 3 line plan and his Google phone finally quit working. Jack promptly greeted us at the door, we told him the issue, he took a look at all phone settings and confirmed he needed a new phone. Jack recommended we bring back some of the various phones we owned and he was able to give us an additional savings of $250 which we were able to apply to new iPhone and our bill. Exemplary service, knowledge, and efficiency all in one visit transferring a phone and syncing all data on Apple ID. Awesome experience with location and Jack! Highly recommend!

    Went to Verizon to get up my new iPad, a sales woman by the name of Izzy Astorga Amazcua set up my iPad and charged me right there for the activation fee. Then never even sent me the actual receipt to my email nor my VERIZON ACCOUNT. Luckily I had a paper receipt for when Verizon charged me on my Phone bill for the ACTIVATION FEE AGAIN. HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IZZY ASTORGA AMAZCUA.

    I have always loved Verizon. One thing is their customer service. Daisy at the Bitters location in San Antonio is professional and went above and beyond when my husband and I needed new phones. She worked to explain everything to us (we are old school), found the best deals/ promos to fit our needs and guided us for a smooth transition when upgrading our phones. She even worked with me off the clock when I had questions. I recommend that anyone that is looking for a phone or phone service/plan go to Verizon. You would be lucky if you get to work with Daisy. You can also schedule an appointment. 🙂

    My experience with Daisy was “GREAT”! She answered every question I had and attentive in helping resolve any problem. She made sure that I thoroughly understood all terms and conditions, how my bill would be affected and all.
