My old phone died while traveling. I was over charged for new phone. Charged for items I did not ask for. Was told I needed new charger and cable when I didn’t, charged me for both. Applied ” liquid glass” without asking if I wanted it, charged for it. I was from out of town / traveling when I stopped here. Mercedes was very knowledgeable very pleasant and helpful . She made sure I got the best deal for me and my family. She made sure each decision I made I was comfortable with it before moving to the next step she also was very patient as me and my family chose our phones. She also informed us on combining all of our separate service plans with save us a ton of money being that we have five or more. I definitely recommend that if anyone plans on shopping at this store to ask for her personally she’s the best
Mercedes provided the best experience I’ve had at a cellular store in many years. She was attentive to what I needed while expertly and thoroughly explaining all of my options, promotions and costs while switching service and upgrading my phone. I look forward to working with her again in the future and would recommend that anyone seek her out for all of their cellular needs.
Me and my wife came in at 8 pm Tuesday night. My wife’s Zflip had broken, and samsung was no help. Daniella personally called and got them to honor the warranty we were paying for. Kasara made sure our billing was correct, so we weren’t charged anything except taxes on a new phone ( as it always is).Kasara and Daniella really made the experience great and even stayed past closing to make sure we were taken care of. Came in with low expectations and was very pleasantly surprised!
Jessica Nelson was amazing!!!! She was so patient and considerate for our needs and wants! Also she got our bill to go down tremendously with giving three of our lines upgrades and making sure our plan had the best services they offer! I 100% recommend!!!!
We were helped by Bradley Henderson today and he did a very excellent job with customer service. He set us up with two new s23s! We would for sure come back to Bradley again for Verizon services.
