He was never ashamed to tell if he didn’t know the answer to a question, but then made sure to go find out either from a more senior worker or calling customer service. I’ve had multiple experiences with Verizon and everyone has been bad and full of unfulfilled promises that resulted in high bills etc., but Cameron was true to his work. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the store manager, Joseph Garcia. He assisted me in the purchase of a new iPhone 14 after losing mine over the weekend. He was very patient, extremely helpful, and answered all my questions(even when I asked twice). I also purchased an Apple Watch and he made the set up on both devices quick. He put the cover and screen protector on my phone because I have shaky hands! I will definitely be going back to take my mom this week since she has been wanting an upgrade to her cell!
