I was so frustrated with my new phone that noone knew how to fix it. And, oh boy, Adam was so patient and kind that I felt he was the one who knew what he was doing. I called the Verizon customer service prior visiting this store and it only got worse, not only I was not able to receive my messages, I couldn’t make calls now!! Long story short, Adam helped me with the transfer of my old phone data into my new phone, reset, activated and made sure everything was working fine (messages, calls, emails, etc). He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him only for all your troubleshooting. He is a greatest asset to our Verizon store at the Summit at Scottsdale. Arrived 15 minutes per instructions and door locked. 10:25 – door still locked so I left and went to verizon store on north pima where I walked in, selected my new phone – they migrated info to new phone – no problem. I was dealing with a fresh broken phone and a bad day but Becca really turned what I thought was going to be a bad trip to getting a new phone into a great store experience! Becca informed me more about the phones, produces, and helped me get into a pixel 7 which is working out great so far! She was patient and didn’t push off to sell the product. Her explanation to how the product work was very knowledgeable. She sold me the liquid protector. She did a wonderful job 👏. She act as a Phone saleswoman not a car Salesman.
