Giving Michelle a 1 star review for turning me away for a return of business Wi-Fi equipment I never opened. She claimed that returns weren’t possible since I received my package via mail. Called Verizon and confirmed that a return to a store should be okay. Came back after clarification and was helped out by a very professional gentleman. He deserves 5 stars. I wish I didn’t forget his name. Anyway, averaging it out for a 3 star review.
Side note: I understand that reps work on commission and product returns may be a waste of time, but next time please don’t turn away loyal customers just because you are lazy or prefer to help someone that chooses to buy. It takes literally less than 5 minutes to help me.
I ordered a phone from them I saw him very busy talk to another customer and me ! then I talked to the Verizon customer service! we finish after that is 7pm and 10 minutes and then they say they close ! they don’t let me take the phone out I ready open the phone line then come back tomorrow around 6:35 my order is planning
So the guys talk to customer service after that they send you the email forward send them (I D) again again after they talk to customer service they say they close again Send your email when our come back tomorrow pick up your phone I know why they fxxxing pool now ! because they’re lazy
Every single time I go to this store there’s an issue. First an employee harassed my sister because she thought my sister was a teenager and would let her look at phones. When confronted the manager lied about said employee working there.
Then another time I said many times that I wanted to pay off my phone and did not want a payment plan and they said they would do that, but put me on a payment plan.
Now, I did a trade in exactly as they said and Instead of taking $800 off my new phone then just billing me the $300 left, they charged me the $300 and are still billing me each month to pay off the rest of the phone even though it should be paid off.
Customer service over the phone is a joke and good luck getting through to the store. I sat on hold for 30 minutes once. The whole store needs to be retrained or something.
I chose express pickup for my product so that I wouldn’t have to wait in the store to get it. I already paid and all they had to do was hand it to me.
They said it wasn’t ready and that they would pack it up for me, it has been almost 45 minutes.
Why even have this as an option if they can’t even deliver that service. This is very upsetting, I choose Verizon, which is considered a premium service and pay a premium price every month, with that I expect a premium level of service to be provided.
So I approach the staff about the delay and the member said “I had no idea that you were here” (why would you even say that) and they said they are unable to release the product due to a glitch (I believe they don’t have it in stock) and told me that I have to cancel the order.
This does not reflect the values of service to which Verizon claims, so what is the point of paying a premium price if I am going to receive a subpar service anyways. Might as well pay less for the same service elsewhere.
I’ve been with Verizon for years and never have had big problems. However, now every time I come in, they claim they are not able to help me with my services. Particularly Michelle, she never can help me, and it’s pretty aggravating. When I and the other people had no service, she wouldn’t send a signal to my phone. I had to drive to the other side of Antioch just for help. She needs some more training because this is ridiculous.
