I recently had a fantastic experience at Best Buy thanks to the exceptional customer service from Maria, the customer service manager from Geek Squad. I purchased a laptop with some customer service issues and she quickly resolved them, making me a very satisfied customer. Sadly, two weeks later, I broke my laptop and took it back to Best Buy for repairs that normally costs around $400. I was pleasantly surprised when they repaired it at no cost and had it back to me within two weeks. Maria truly went above and beyond as a customer service manager, making my experience at Best Buy a memorable one. I often get my stuff in store or I order them for pickup online. I’ve traded stuff in at the Best Buy all the time. Workers are usual nice and they even let me price match items like iPads and laptops from their competitors. One of the few Best Buy that has things in stock like the switch when it first came out and iPads that are often out of stock online. They seem to be a decent dependable store. Most of my tech is from Best Buy and I have no problems.By Bianca Joseph-Goldson (2 months ago)This place was terrible I had to make an exchange of an item and when I went the everyone seemed like they didn’t want to be there. After I was taken care of they didn’t have my product in stock so they shipped it to me but the person taking care of me put in the wrong address and even after me correcting them they sent it out to a whole other address which lead to my package not being shipped and being returned to them. When I come back to the store asking for compensation or a quicker refund they tell me that it’s a 10-15 business day refund time then they tell me they can’t do anything they don’t even try to look anything up just terrible. Apart from this I had to contact Best Buy customer service a numerous amounts of times about changing the address before it was shipped they also didn’t help me. Lastly when I was calling Best Buy customer service to ask for my refund I was transferred to many lines.eventually I talked to this guy who helped me and shipped out a replacement and also gave a 10% compensation.By Clumxee (a month ago)Worst best buy store. Amazing experience.
I recently bought a pair of headphones here, the next day I regret my purchase and come here for a refund, immediately in 4 mins I had the money refunded without problems.
That’s the way to do things, personally I can buy here without worries in case you ended up not liking the product.

Best Buy is one of the Best store for electronic gadget.
The store is very well stocked, the associates are readily available yet not overbearing, and all on-display goods seem to be well tended to and maintained in order.
The staffs are friendly and accommodating. They are selling almost all types of electronic. Like Radio, Laptop, TV, camera, phones, games, bulb, fan, DVD, etc.
I recommend this place 💕

Nice store but we couldn’t find the inventory stock on cameras.
Avoid shopping there if you can! I have bought all my computers, phones, printers, all accessories at the Best Buy stores, and it has always been a pleasant experience. Not at this store!
This is the flagship store at a great location and the products sell on their own. If you can go in and out for your purchase, that’s ok. If you need to ask any questions or would appreciate any service or support, it’s worth going out of your way a little bit. All the other Best Buy stores are much better managed with care to provide a good service!
That said, if you would love a job where you can make new friends with your co-workers, need no knowledge to be there, and talk all day, it’s the place for you! What a strange experience shopping there…
Wow. I tell you what, the man living in front of this Store is not a frequent customer. But come on, Best Buy I Charge you to help this man. 44thand 5th Ave. Boycot Best Buy till they find him housing.
