  1. Best Buy can be overwhelming, including this one. I found this store to be low on stock on many items. It was difficult to find an employee to ask about it. It seems they all want to work in the cell phone area. When finally getting assistance the employee was unsure and needed to ask someone else. For being an empty store I was there longer than needed. When I went to check out there was one person available. There was a line of four customers with a single cashier. The store was clean. No one greeted me. Mediocre customer service. Lacking stock.

  2. Save some time and go to another Best Buy branch. Customer service at this location is very disappointing. They use every excuse to avoid price match, and you always need to look for someone to help you.

    As one example, I stopped by to purchase an air pod pro 2 and price match with verizon (199 available now). The store attendant told me she can’t verify wether verizon has it available or not, which was not true. I just purchased it from verizon and it will arrive in 2 days. I had price matched products at other best buy stores without difficulty, and I was genuinely surprised.

He helped my daughter n I with every single need we were looking into he didn’t try to up sell or over sell us he was so professional and awesome with the computer we were buying he could have upsold us by over 1000g $ but saved me over a 1000g$ with my purchase and my daughter got a fantastic pc n accessories was so happy and instead of spending 3600 we spent 2500 with 2 monitors mic camera everything u could need and is all quality

  4. The store is whatever. The employees are nice enough and helpful, but Best Buy locations never keep a good back stock of products if you are interested in walking in off the street and buying something with cash. It seems they are moreso an online retailer nowadays.

    I have been to this particular Best Buy as it’s closer to my location and I can walk there but admittedly I buy my electronics online. In early 2021 I purchased a Galaxy Tab S6 lite from this store at 6pm and it was delivered the next day by 10am. When I couldn’t unlock it because I thought I put in the right code, when I set lock code I hit a wrong key and couldn’t figure out what I did. I didn’t think to make an appointment but I just walked in. The Geek squad has always been to the rescue when needed! They were very gracious and understanding and helped me without the appointment anyway and after charging the unit thankfully they unlocked it! The one time I don’t purchase the Geek squad/Total Tech protection of course, but the price to unlock the tablet was very reasonable in my opinion. Since then and more recently, this year I have purchased the Galaxy Tab S8, the Google nest speaker, 2 smart plugs, smart bulbs and this time I purchased the Total Tech protection which will pay for itself really. I really like that they will recycle lots of different electronics, which is great because I have quite a few things I need to dispose of safely and correctly. The only issue, and it’s just not here, but pretty much any store these days, shelves are little bare. I recommend buying online for that reason and the customer service and agents on the floor are helpful and knowledgeable, and help answer your questions to make the most informed decision on what product best suits your needs

    I came here looking for info on the iPad Pro 12 when I was assisted by Matthew. He was very nice and cool. He gave great customer service, and recommended the Best Buy credit card. Left happy with my purchase.

    I mostly shop there for work equipment. Staff is helpful and so far they always have what i am looking for. However the bestbuy website is at times a disaster. It’s easier to just go in an grab it yourself than ordering for pick up or delivery.

    Sales staff have been only moderately helpful in finding what I want, but that wasn’t such a big deal until I learned that while I paid for total tech last year because it covered software and hardware – they didn’t mention to me when I bought it that they don’t do even simple hardware on site – and send it away taking basically a month to get even simple hardware issues back to you. A complete waste of money and incredibly misleading. I doubt I would use Best Buy again. I spent a lot of time asking questions about whether it covers hardware if there is anything I should know and the sales people basically lied through omission – the hardware coverage is less than useless.

    Came inside today to purchase a paid of ear buds,did that but first I went into the bathroom and slipped on a wet floor sign that was in the middle of the floor of the ladies room,went out told someone and I felt as they the brushed off because no one asked if I was ok,no one ever went inside of the restroom.Than we went over to where the buds were I wanted a black pair that was on sale for 99.00 but I seen a Grey pair that was under a price tag for $89.00 I asked the lady why was they marked for $89.00 she said oh someone put it there I said well that’s not my fault she ignored me once again and proceeded to give me the black buds that was marked for $99.00. They should’ve honored the price and gave me they Grey ones but she paid me or my statement no mind…..

I absolutely love it… It’s not as intuitive as my Mac, but it’s not supposed to be, and I appreciate that! Last month I accidentally broke the screen. Good thing I had the total protection plan along with accidental coverage, which cost an additional $199 for the annual membership.     If I had rated them immediately after visiting, I would have given them 5 stars, but alas….

    In early December we ordered a full kitchen of new appliances (over $7K), which were all delivered on December 26. The gas stove, which we had purchased as new, was open box, with missing pieces and the burners not lighting. We went to the store and spoke with the manager, Joseph, who agreed to deliver a replacement stove in three days. We were pleased (hence the would-be 5 stars).

    We got emails and notices for the December 30 delivery, and waited all day. Around 8 pm we got notice that the stove would not be delivered and were told to call a number to reschedule. When we called, delivery could not occur for over a week and no one could explain why.

    I have apple care on my iPhone and wanted to bring in my phone to get checked out. I made the appointment through apple support website and picked this location as it was the earliest time for the day. I received a confirmation email from apple for the appt. When I go to the Best Buy, I am told by the geek squad member that my appointment is not in my system, that sometimes there is a glitch regarding available times. There was no one to help me and I had to reschedule for another. After explaining that I drove 45mins for this appointment, I received no remorse for the situation and they practically wanted me to leave. Other members walked by multiple times and said nothing to help. I’m extremely disappointed and will avoid coming here again.

    Also, I didn’t want the trip to go to waste so I asked for help getting an Apple Watch charger and they don’t even have that. Only the off brand ones. I was told that they did have it & waited but in the end, another disappointment.

    I ordered an item to be picked up via curbside on March 10th, 2023. I received a text informing me the item is ready for pick up. The text arrived at 10:36AM; I arrived at the store 10:48AM. I followed the company’s procedure, after waiting 20 minutes. I called the store number on the website.
    The person who answered the phone was Walter, I expressed my concern and he hung up. “Very unprofessional” I called the number again; the gentleman by the name Christian answered and mentioned it will take 15-20 more minutes. My time is very valuable and sensitive on that day. So, I left without the item. Going into the store defeats the purpose of curbside pickup, however I had no choice but to pick it up on the way back to the house. I called a 3rd time to have the General Manager call me back to discuss my encounter and did not receive a call “Nicholas Pagliaro” is a waste of GM. Never called me. I am disappointed with the entire experience, which BestBuy provided. I did meet with a store manager Robert E. Smith Jr. in person and he conveyed the system has faults, so what’s the purpose of having this option on your website if BestBuy can not fulfill it?
    I have other vendor options to purchase electronics; I chose BestBuy and did not have a good outcome. Go to Amazon so much better experience.

    Came here in person to buy a keyboard and used my debit card to make the purchase, which I don’t normally do. I then received a handful of charges from places like Shein and Steam Games. Luckily my back blocked them before I lost money. This is the second time I’ve come to Best Buy and had to replace my card. However, when I purchase online instead of in-store, I don’t have this issue.
