Had to pick up an online order only one person in line that picked up,exchanging something and buying something someone from the Amazon pick up helped me couldn’t find now there is 6 people in line and needed the other women to help she was helping people in line I finally stood in line if she is still taking other customers! Then I was the next one and the other guy found it that’s my experience at Kohls today I guess it got me prepared for the holiday shopping season

  2. Needed clothes for a wedding. I got a nice coat and scarf here, along with a great purple shirt. Nice staff as well and a friendly atmosphere

  3. I wasn’t very impressed with the store. Placement of products led to much confusion trying to find things and finding someone who was an employee to help me locate things was even harder to find. We bought suede boots for my girlfriend and wanted to treat them right away so they could be worn, and although there was a nice selection of suede boots there was no suede protector stocked meaning we had to go elsewhere to find some so the boots could be worn. The price was right but a lot of extra hassle involved to get that price.

  4. Dont be fooled by credit card offers and discounts. They told me it would not effect my credit and it did. I had excellent credit, the cashier could not process the credit app from the register. Which caused a denial. Do not apply for credit at the register ever.

  5. Huge store, lots of selections. Exactly what you’d expect from Kohl’s. Very clean environment and friendly staff. Lines can get long, so plan ahead for that. Plenty of parking.
