Had an appointment for 10am scheduled. We showed up 5 minutes early for our appointment. Upon walking into the store we were met with a mumbled “we will be with you in a minute” no eye contact at all. After waiting for 15 minutes after our appointment time a male associate comes over to ask us to check in, which I let him know I had via the app and began to stand up to start our appointment. He let me know he had to help another gentleman. I let him know that he already had been helped. He quickly told me, “well get to you when we get to you.” Extremely unprofessional and consistent with every other interaction I’ve had with this location. There’s a reason I buy my phones at best buy.
Very rude and very bad customer service. Ben is the worst sales reps that you can deal with. If it’s a prepaid account no one wants to help you because they don’t make commission on it. They all stay playing on their phones and want intend to help. Don’t come to this location. Don’t use use this location. Run away. Only if you are buying something, they will make an effort
This place is a joke, went a bought a new I phone 14 pro max and when we asked them to transfer data from one phone to the new phone he stated there will be a 30 dollar fee to set up my new phone. What a joke I think the salesman was trying to put money in his own pocket.
We stopped by to look at getting some new phones. Ryan helped us out and we walked out with more than we came for and are extremely happy. He was very patient with us and did a great job answering any questions we had. He was very kind and personal with us. Highly recommended.
Never busy inside.. Actually no one was there except 2 workers.. I just went in to pay my bill. The girl was very helpful when I couldn’t get the machine to take some of my money.
