The next day I went to this store and Musaa was wonderful. He asked questions about what I need in a phone and recommended the perfect phone for me. He helped set it up, since I am not too savvy. There was no pressure to get a phone. He was nice, funny and a delight to do business with. I would highly recommend this store as everyone was nice. I felt Iike I was important. I had spent countless hours over multiple trips to try to fix their mistake. Isaiah was able to figure out the problem and fix it with no issues. I will definitely be making the longer trip to Hazel Dell from now on.By Pam Freedman (2 months ago)Will never go back to the Verizon store in Hazel Dell, such a rotten taste in our mouths after our experience in November of 2021. Went in, upgraded 3 phones to new Samsung models, got 2 watches as well, was offered $600 off per valid phone traded in. Turned in 3 approved phones, in person at the store, didn’t get any paperwork on those relinquished devices. Was told the credit would hit our bill in 3 billing cycles. Fast forward to March 2022. Never saw credit. Called Verizon customer service to see status of our credit, and they had ZERO record that we had turned in any phones. Said the store had not documented any return, that we should return to the store and remind them to send in the devices. We returned to the Hazel Dell store and manager “remembered us”, promised to fix the situation. All 3 new phones received texts confirming that a credit would be received. To this day, we’ve never gotten the $1800 credit for the 3 phones, nor do we know where the phones went. Few months ago upgraded 3 phones and bought 4 new cases. On one phone two employees could not get the old case off a pelican and was told to come back and get it. Went back 3 days later and ask for the employee. Was told he’s not in today. Well now it’s been 3-4 months and even a Verizon customer service has called and with no luck getting ahold of the employee. The store will not even offer me a replacement or refund of the case to even replace it. Very poor service of this store as I’ve done a lot of business here! Even got a text of the level of service and as told in that text a manager will call you, that has not happened!?
Jessica is so kind and professional! Thank you so much for your help today! Will be coming back to this Verizon store, there’s been other ones where I’ve had to wait for hours and here they greet you right away and make sure you get helped in a timely manner. A lot of people still come here but it doesn’t feel so dreadful once you get acknowledged (:

This is the best phone store in the area. I’ve been 3 times now, and everyone there is super nice, especially our favorite salesperson, Daniel. He goes above and beyond every time, even when I’m mean to him. Seriously, he is smart, efficient and has excellent people skills. He actually made me laugh every time, which is rare in a phone store.
Daniel was amazing!! – He made our transition over to Verizon simple and easy and he did all the work – thank you so much for your great customer service – we are new Verizon customers and we are so pleased.
