1. The most unprofessional Verizon store I have ever been too! I purchased my phone from Apple directly and went in to activate it. The representative had the audacity to unscrupulously demand for a receipt to verify proof that I actually purchased my iPhone 14 Pro. She then proceeded to ask me if my Verizon account was actually mine. Well who else’s account would it be? What because I am a black woman I cannot afford a $1600 phone? Better yet have an account since I opened it in the year 2000 with the exact same number? I went to the Verizon authorized seller in San Marino and was helped by Brian who was professional and respectful to me as a client when Verizon was GTE Bell Atlantic. I will never go back to this store full of nincompoops!. It seems like the authorized sellers have more respect for long time customers than the actual Verizon stores.

2. Horrible service, very slow. Employees walk around and texting with their personal phones. No respect to the customers. Minimum wait time, even if store is empty is at least 5 minutes. I do not recommend this location.

3. Although Verizon service in the Pasadena and SGV area is poor so we ended up switching back to AT&T, I had a positive experience at this store. I noticed a lot of negative reviews about wait time, but I went on a weekday around 10 AM, it was quick, and had no issues. I believe her name is Elizabeth, but the associate who helped us was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. It was clear she knew the ins and outs of their products, services, and how to problem solve.

4. Helpful, polite employees. Usually crowded but wasnt today in the late afternoon. Has a bench to sit on in case you have to wait. Nicely air conditioned!

Natalie of Verizon store on Lake in Pasadena as a representative, was unprofessional and only cared about making a sale sending a customer home with one line activated and two other lines in limbo because of SIM card versus eSIM issues for which I tried to tell her needed to be rectified ahead of time before I arrived home to two other phones not activated! Natalie was quick to make the big sale telling me that a promo for an Xbox for free with internet service as a new customer only came with the console and NOT the remote control. She was incorrect after I went out and bought a remote to find out later from a supervisor in the store the console does come with a remote for the internet promotion after 65 days of having service. Then Natalie also submitted a waiver for activation fees for only one of three lines and she submitted instead of having her supervisor submit it and the account showed that fee waiver would not be implemented in the bill until another entire month billing cycle. I was with ATT for 20 years, told her I was hesitant to change given my government discounts with ATT and familiarity with ATT assistance. Had Natalie been less concerned about a quick sale, deal for three new clients to Verizon and more concerned about delivering good customer service, I would not have written this review and been so discouraged by Verizon. Her supervisor a week later, did credit my account the correct way for which I appreciated but she needs far better training. After reading all of the reviews, clearly I’m not alone in my bad experience. Can’t wait to try the San Marino Verizon as the reviews claim it’s much better for customer service.
