  1. The store has what you need most of the time. Parking lot is easy to navigate.
    The employees are extremely friendly but not very knowledgeable. They don’t know about how things work in the store. For example, I needed a key programmed they said the guy wasnt there and to come back. After returning twice, they told me they couldn’t do fob keys after they told me they could and to keep checking back for the key guy.

  2. Went here day after Christmas. Store was clean. The very old white hair woman at cash register could use more training, of knowing if Mr. Buddy heater has rubber propane hoses in store stock. Guess what it was there. Go look or research before yelling out Ace doesn’t carry them or don’t say there is no such thing of a propane hose for portable heater. I can not stand lazy people that only collect a check, with out doing the work!!!! U Army Veteran very disgusted with that one’s customer service..Shout out to the young man working near middle aisle that rang me up for my hose, because I refused to have that lazy woman ring me up. Bad taste in my mouth to have gave my money to her. Thank you Sir for your understanding. You need a raise.👍👍👍

  5. This is my go to for all of my hardware needs. Ace has a lot of brands you can’t get at your big box chains like Stihl! You can also order Car Keys and fobs, they have a specialist that sets appointment for programming.

    Now I’d love Ace’s hardware but I was just in there today in my experience was not that good. I went to buy reciprocating saw blades and found out the only ones they sell are Diablo. Don’t get me wrong I love Diablo but I just wish they would offer a bigger variety. This experience has not soured me I will continue to be a customer

    The atmosphere was very nice to shop. There were a couple of discount bins on the floor at the entrance that were interesting to look through. I was assisted by a gentleman who was kind and helpful, and gladly got someone else to assist with the Hallmark items when he was not exactly sure. Great experience, and all staff when out of their way to be helpful. The store was not too busy during my trip, and it was also fun to browse! Added: Shopped today for some spring planting needs. There are some pretty good coupons out now as well as some specials this weekend on seasonal needs such as soils and mulch. This location was busy, with a short wait to check out and longer wait to get purchased products loaded. Pics show cute baby chicks for sale. (Pics no longer there!?) They were being excellently cared for. Great customer service support in answering my questions and getting help in loading 40 pound bags. I love this place! It’s always interesting! 4/2/23 Shopped my favorite hardware store, bc the staff are so helpful friendly and knowledgeable! Got 5 bags of top soil for $3+ with use of coupons today! Drove to side, and staff loaded into my trunk. So easy! Had the cute chicks at the front under warming lights!

    10/10 always quality service and help when needed. Good selection of parts and tools. A bit pricier than the big box store, but this is where the locals shop.

    The manager did a nice job helping me with a bad water hose that I might have bought there. Just a bad product with plastic fittings. Overall, good support with staff.
