  1. We had a party of 7 . The service was good and prompt and the food was done nicely . Our checks came and our bill was $47. and some change . I paid with a $50. expecting to get my change back. I also put a tip on the table before the other receipts came back to the other patrons in our party. I was never presented my change… nor a receipt from the waitress… and as to not bring attention we walked out to our intended destination. I do not think it is common practice to not bring back customers change for ANY reason. Please do better .

  2. My family and I were coming home from a game when hunger struck. My mother in law said we should come here and the food was absolutely amazing !! They take your order and get your drinks in a timely fashion. They hibachi cooks give an amazing first hand look at what you will be eating. Highly recommend will be coming back

  3. It was only a very nice experience. We waited about 5 minutes and got a table. They got new booths from the last time we went. We got the seafood tempura and the mizu teriyaki. Delicious. My only complaint was that the lobster tempura did a disservice to the poor lobster. It was over cooked and a little fishy. Otherwise def recommend.

  4. This is pretty big restaurant with about 6 large hibachi tables and a bunch of reg. Tables and booths. They have 2 bars as well. Service was friendly and polite, food came out quickly. We had dinner, prices are comparable to other Japanese steakhouses. Food was good, steak was tender and just right. They dont add a bunch of teriyaki which is excellent, other places add so much it’s just too sweet. The fried rice and veggies were pretty good. We ordered salmon & philly sushi which was also good. Definitely recommend. They sang Happy Birthday and gave us complimentary fried ice cream. The hibachi show was good and the kids always enjoy it.

  5. To start, our server was very polite and professional.

    I got the Salmon teriyaki bento box and my partner got the chicken teriyaki and tempura bento box. Mine was delicious – the salmon was well flavored and cooked. The little chicken udon (I think?) it came with was delicious. My partner says his chicken teriyaki was *good* but nothing to rave about. After looking at the photo again, I think it looks like his chicken needed more sauce/flavor.

    We finished with the fried cheesecake, which was just ok; nothing really fabulous. I think the chocolate syrup at the bottom threw me off. Maybe some confectionery sugar or caramel glaze would’ve changed the flavor.

    Overall, I enjoyed it; I’d go back to try something different, but my partner would not.

    The weekend crew needs more training. I asked for a plate and one of the sides was supergreens. I got a pieace of cabage and a piece of pepper. I wanted super greens bc i dont want double the meat n they just gave me what they had left of the supergreen. I could of waited for the supergreens to be made all they needed to do is ask me if i would wait for it! If i wanted bouble the meat i would of asked for the bigger side plate. Yes i could of gone back through the drive through but i dont trust since they already dont do their job correctly i dont want some extra sauce on my kid plate!

    We had the broccoli beef, mushroom chicken, rice, and spring rolls. The mushroom chicken was freshly made, hot and delicious. The broccoli in the broccoli beef was undercooked but also freshly cooked and tasted good. Staff was friendly and responsive.

    We ate here yesterday and it was exactly what you would expect from Panda! I got mixed vegetables and rice with orange chicken and string bean chicken. He got mixed vegetables and rice with orange chicken and walnut shrimp. He mentioned that the walnut shrimp wasn’t as crispy as usual. The orange chicken was a little spicier than usual, but I liked it that way! Service was fast and everyone was efficient. $20.69 total, no drinks.

    Bad customer service, rude attitude and I didn’t even got my egg roll that I ordered! Also I’m paying 3.75 extra for the walnut shrimp and they don’t even fill the box. I would come come back but it’s a 20 minute drive, it sucks that they don’t care even when we called them.

    I will say the customer service and food is impeccable and second to none. I have been to multiple Panda Express location and I will say the entire team here has made it memorable every single time I have gone in for my lunch or dinner. I would like to personally thank the following individuals for doing such an amazing job and help customers like myself enjoy the experience just that much more!     The place smell super clean. Nonsticky tables or floors. Morongo was horrible i ended throwing it in the garbage. The rice tasted like it was washed a few times with 5 small shrimps. Get chicken wings and fries only. The pepper steak was good

    The worst experience. Rice, orange chicken, fried chicken and fries horrible. The food was completely nasty. The place was dirty including windows and floor. Never back again!

    I was told the food was great, so I gave it a try. I’m not sure if the place was under construction or what. It smelled really bad, and I was disappointed at the food. Ribs were dry and tasteless, and my sisters garlic chicken was too. It was more vegetables than chicken. The fried rice didn’t have taste, and I understand that with all prices going up, we all have to cut on things, but why put thin slice ham in their rice? Overall, I will not visit again.
