  1. Every day this dollar general has a line as long as what you see in this picture with only ONE register open. No one is disinfecting the carts or at least attempting to advise social distancing of 6ft apart.

    Even without a pandemic this DG is super disoriginized, crowded and over stocked to the point where items are ilse and floors for you to trip on.

  2. Store hours? What are those?!?! It’s 8:06, OPEN YOUR DOORS. I swear they refuse to hire people capable of arriving at work and opening the doors by 8am. Change your store hours to open at 11am, maybe then your store will open on time.

    The Address 710 Sixflags Dr is incorrect. I’m a Dasher and this address sends you to SIXFLAGS THEME PARK. This store is on the corner of Factory Shoals and Riverside Parkway. I had to go to the pictures to find out where it was. I’ve lost time,gas, and money because of this. Oh and the store is always tore up so I gave 1 star.

    Aisles are always full of unpacked tubs of merchandise!!! You can’t even get down the aisles. It’s like walking into a thrift store. This store has been going downhill for years. *they never have what you need because it’s always in the bins and they refuse to get it* Go to another store….

    This is a it is what it is moment. The staff is cool. I can honestly say I’m never surprised walking up to the register. The minute your walked in you were greeted with whatever issue is taking place for the day. It’s either system is down. Or they’re only taking cash. Or they don’t have any bags. So you know what time it is from the time you walk into the store. You are never shocked. It is not very well stocked. But you are able to find just about enough essentials to get by until you make it to your major shop in for the week. Sometimes the stores close during the day and I can guarantee that if they’re close Family Dollar is closed lol so I will not waste my time to go to family Dollar. Sometimes you’re actually in luck that Family Dollar will not be close. But very rarely. I honestly have to say that is one of those places that I drive by and I always get a laugh because they always seem to close on time which is definitely a good thing.

    I dropped my cashapp card here a few months ago. New one. Nobody seen it but me. Never had a issue with it. Ever since then I’ve been getting amazon prime and Playstation charges … and dollar general charges… coincidence I think not…

    Please change your advertised hours because this is the third time that I’ve arrived at your location to see associates in clear view, prior to 10pm, and refusing to allow me in to purchase my items. If you close at 9:30, then advertise that. If you close at 9:45, then advertise that. You also may want to pay your associates more. If you did, then you wouldn’t be so short staffed and you’re location wouldn’t be so filthy. Thank you
