  2. Was able to do everything I was hoping they could. Which was refill my pay pal card with cash. The gentleman was very precise on what he did. Officiant and had me out of their within 3 minutes. I was actually really surprised and I’m now deftly coming back to this Family Dollar. Face it promotions approved

  3. The staff is friendly and courteous. I sometimes load money on a prepaid card I use for Uber to get to work. They must not do that often because they are always unsure, but they are helpful and figure it out on the fly.
    Their POS card systems are occasionally down due to old outdated equipment, but I don’t fault the staff for that.

  4. So I went to DG today to get a few things for Christmas. I had my backpack on , mind you I’m an adult I work. They wanted me to put my backpack at the register. I said,”my money is in there”. They’ll watch it behind the counter…..I was told by an employee…now if they don’t trust me, why should I trust them. I walked out didn’t buy nothing…

    They are always slow and the staff are very rude . They ask you in front of other customers to take your purse while shopping and make you feel like a common thief and it is degrading. Most of their prices are much higher than Walmart or any other stores . I bought an item it was faulty and they wouldn’t let me exchange it for another . Completely unprofessional and nobody knows what’s going on .

    Corporate should be embarrassed and ashamed for who they’ve employed here!! I came on 2/7/22 at about 5:30pm. There was an item I really like, I asked the Male working if he knew they had more, he said “I don’t know, ask the woman in front” okay, not helpful. I asked a woman who came out the employee room the same question, she threw up her hands (that were so dirty, it looked like she hadn’t washed them in days) and screamed “I DONT KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU, THERE’S NO WAY FOR ME TO CHECK THAT”. I was in line with items that I quickly put down and left. Will never be back. The employees were borderline abusive and one of the customers had a HAMMER in his back pocket and was high out of his mind. So sketchy and scary.
