What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. I ordered six cans of wood stain, ship to store for pickup. I got the call that my items had arrived. I suffer from chronic pain and live with limited mobility, therefore popping in during off peak hours and picking up my package was easier than shopping the store. Happily, there was no one else in line when I got there.
Unfortunately, that happy moment was short lived. I knew there was a problem when the 2nd CS associate came over and tried to explain (lie to me). A Home Depot employee opened my box and removed 4 of the 6 items I paid for. Isn’t it a Federal offense to open someone else’s mail? Isn’t this theft? 🤔 I want to know why my box was opened in the first place. When I asked what was going to be done, I was told I had to reorder everything online. They didn’t even offer a refund for the items they stole.
In fact, the 2nd customer service associates tried to convince me that I had all but two of items, although the stain was sold in sets of two and only 2 cans were left in the box. The line grew longer and longer behind me while she tried to make me believe her lies. I had to demand that she read the receipt again.
I was forced to demand a refund of all items, as no remedy was offered to me, and leave the store with nothing.

  2. Great customer service and very nice and knowledgeable. Now this is my third associate we asked for help because the first 2 help find the third. Like a chain hang I guess. Nope n now I’m alone so I remember the 1st one mentioned generator so from aisle 3 to aisle 16 we go. Okay we got here and couldn’t see it at first so we asked one more associate whom at first requested me for a picture then when I pulled it up; roughly said, “Go to the front..’, but then stopped and said, “Oh, and led me back down aisle 16 to the item I was looking for! So, he then talked about rv’s for some reason 🤔.

  3. As goes for all the Home Depot’s in the area this one is one of my go to places for all my improvement needs. They have awesome deals throughout the week and the employees are very helpful with anything you might need help with or want to know. I don’t really go to this location all that often but it’s still a great store in my opinion. 4/5 stars!!!

  4. Esteban an Alberto in flooring department were great! Needed fake grass for new dog, Esteban was very knowledgeable an courteous. Made things much easier to decide on products. Well done guys! Thanks again!

  5. This particular location is busy, chaotic, and lacking in customer service. Staff has been rude to me, store frequently doesn’t have enough cashiers, and are short with people when directing customers to the self pay lines. There are a lot of non English speaking customers who use this store, and the staff treat people like that is their problem and generally is unprepared.

For the volume of business this store does, they need to hire more employees, hire cashiers, or be kinder if you are forcing people to do self pay. There are some good parts of this store, but they are overshadowed by the customer service issues even at the base level of checkout.

Nick in the lumber department is an excellent employee! This last weekend I purchased some materials for a home project, including about 30 shiplap boards. Nick took the time to make sure I got the right board and helped me cut them down to the perfect size. He seemed to enjoy being there and I enjoyed my conversation with him. Thanks Nick!

Larry in the paint department was so helpful to me today, finding the paint that I needed while graciously and quickly answering the “where can I find” questions that customers who did not wait in line asked while he helped me. He nicely provided customer service across the board, focusing on me while giving quick responses to those folks who were searching for something. He did a wonderful balancing act!

Good Home Depot to come to buy home improvement items. Garden area is sufficient and employees are helpful. Garden staff are marginal in their knowledge of plants so do your research ahead of time or use Google while you are there.

It’s sad to see soooo many day laborers outside hounding you for work and just making it very difficult no navigate the parking lot. Due to this, the outside of the store, parking lot, etc were very dirty from all the trash and discarded items. I don’t blame Home Depot, but will go elsewhere if possible to avoid this location.
