  1. Great selection for all sections and all projects you may be doing. The garden section has a ton of variety in the spring and summer, but it’s a little uncomfortable to go in the open area during the winter. The people that mix the paint are very nice and make sure you get the color you want. There are a few different sizes and finishes to choose from so you can find the look you want. There’s a wide variety of cabinets and appliances, too. I had to return something and the process was quick. There are self checkout stations or regular lines. They also have great bathrooms!

This is my go to Home Depot on kane st and Eastern avenue, since it is the closest to my new home I just bought recently in Dundalk and of course remodeling presently ,so we use this one the most, even though Rosedale is more equipped with more in stock ,we try to at least go here first 🙂 and when it comes to plumbing supplies….. THIS IS DEFINITELY MY “FIRST CHOICE” ! ALL BECAUSE OF “ONE PERSON” and that is because of Mike a “retired plumber” (PICTURED TWICE w/ me) he has been amazing ! he has worked out every scenario and every plumbing problem I’ve had ! and has had an answer and the right parts to give me at the right time ! as you can see in the pics ) we’ve gotten together quite a few times !!! as You can (CLEARLY see in the PICS ) we needed an adapter for our walk in tub diverter (PICTURED) we also needed a flange extender solution for the second floor bathroom (PICTURED) and a solution to fix the leaking problem of they’re top of the line $200 vanity sink they sell ! (you see PICTURED) it ONLY has a “HAT SEAL”, THAT LEAKS LIKE A SIEVE !! that goes up against the strainer basket in between the tail piece and the strainer basket itself (PICTURED), you have to buy a “round rubber gasket” ( PICTURED) to put in or it will leak consistently ! no matter how much you tighten it or what you do ,I don’t know why they sell it this way ! but it DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY ! AGAIN….you have to buy the “Red rubber thicker washer” IN THE ASSORTMENT PACK (PICTURED) and install it !!! 🙂 Tune in next time for Mike and i’s PLUMBING ADVENTURES !! LOL 🙂 MEANWHILE…… if you need ANYTHING plumbing wise…. “MAKE SURE” you see or ask for MIKE ! otherwise you won’t get the BEST SERVICE AND SOLUTION’S possible ! and MAKE SURE you tell him MATT sent you ! 🙂 he TRULY IS AWESOME and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ! 🙂

  3. Okay so I had to update my review because I went back into home Depot in Dundalk and they had all the kerosene alternative products on the end cap where they were supposed to be. And it was because of the guy who helped me last week he made sure that they were put out where they were supposed to be and was staged very nicely. I posted some pictures and also a picture of one of the last public phone booths that I have seen in a long time LOL not sure if it actually works but just the fact it was there at Home Depot was kind of cool !!

  4. After ordering and scheduling delivery two weeks ago, home depot reconfirmed delivery twice before delivery day. Also, in the morning of the delivery, we received another email saying the order was on our way. After a few hours receiving an email from home depot in the middle of waiting time saying that the delivery was canceled. They didn’t assign the order to their employees. Why are you sending out email confirmations and wasting people’s and the crew’s time? We must push schedules for a job so far and pay our employees just waiting for a delivery to never show up. So if you are a remodeler, go pick up your stuff or work with another trusted vendor; otherwise, you will lose money, and home depot doesn’t stay behind of their service or will not pay for their mistakes.

  5. I love the franchise. It’s usually easy to find things, I’m in and out quickly, the staff are always handy and helpful. Can’t say anything negative- just be nice/compassionate to the staff and you’ll have a good time 😉

    My goodness has this location gone down hill! At one time this location was a stellar one, a United States President visited once. I’ve been told its because its an Urban store, really? The garden center plants are dying of thirst. The aisles are clogged with merchandise that is just sitting with nowhere to go. And forget asking for help, online it may say there is a quantity of items, but no one can find them. Self check out is a nightmare at times. The employees just stand and point to a register, or are sitting in a chair and pointing. Forget asking for the manager, no one can find him or her. This location is a disaster. No one seems to care either, forget contacting the corporate office, I was on hold for over 40 minutes and gave up.

    I’m grateful to the folks who work and operate this facility. I’ve been doing business with them for over 15 years. Yes sometimes it’s difficult getting at anyone to engage if I have a specific question and it’s a busy afternoon. But otherwise I’ve found that the staff and the management are engaging and considerate.

    I need this store to be under investigation, I came there to get a $79 Edge trimmer, in store and online said they had 74 I stock. When I got there, there was a young man name Alex, he was very very helpful, but when he got up front, it changed. I don’t know what’s going on, but I need a GM to investigate why was those $79 Ryobi Trimmers wasn’t available. Than a young lady came up to me telling me Alex was busy, but, he in fact already knew I was there. I ended up getting the one that came with a blower. But I tell you, something’s not right.

    I had a Key made… The Hardware Guy was Nice. But, if He’s BUSY WHY would You have Cashiers STANDING Around Doing NOTHING ?!?!? That’s Just LAME, A Waste of Personell, And a WASTE of My TIME. WE CAN DO BETTER.

    This location a lot of items that are organized in the store. It has many selections of good quality stuff at decent prices. I had an issue in the paint department with the employee that apparently refused to even address me when I was standing there waiting for service. I returned a few days ago and was blown away with Kim in the paint department who was great and was knowledgeable of her job. Atta-girl for her! She is the reason I like to give the stores a second chance. Home Depot needs to keep her happy because I bought $300 worth of paint from her as opposed to going to the other paint store.
