  1. Apparently there was something not working with online purchase and pick up app I arrived at the store and using the app could not communicate my pickup space Or get any associate to help. I do not enter stores that have no mobility scooters being a disabled veteran I cannot walk big box stores.

Prices are better and since day 1 they acknowledge my husband and family’s veteran discount, offer helpful tips on diy home projects and the staff is not only knowledgeable but friendly AND helpful! I am always asked if I need help without having to run down an employee…thank you Home Depot!❤️

  3. The garden center looks awful. Half dead. Empty tables and plants dying on carts. Does Dixie even have a merchandiser?
    Impossible to get appliance help. I walked away 3 different times after hours of waiting.Taking my business to Lowes.

  4. I always enjoy going to the home depot, it was my mom’s favorite store and I used to dread going but now it’s a comfort sort of thing I guess, the smell makes me think of her.. 😪. But the home Depot is great no matter what, all our household maintenance and accessories in 1 spot.. you can’t beat it..

  5. The products here are decent and the store itself is well organized. But customer service for online order pickups sucks The storage of ordered items is totally disorganized, things appear to get misplaced and lost often. Anyone can easily walk behind the counter and take anything, walk out the door. There is no security to stop thieves. Wouldn’t recommend having anything shipped here

    My experience today was similar to my past experiences, dealing with customer associates that neither feel like getting out of their chair or sharing the knowledge that they’ve picked up over 30 something years working at a Home Depot. You would think it would be a simple question as to what materials I would need to install the pocket door, but it wasn’t that simple today it was more or less back-and-forth about whether I’ve installed one before more likely disassociate was trying to expose my lack of knowledge versus just trying to point me in the right direction or again getting out of the chair and walking around with me for a little bit after all that’s what they get paid for. But I could’ve sworn that the customer service associate asked me 15 times whether I’ve installed a pocket door before or not. Regardless, if I have or not, you either have the knowledge to point me in the direction of the materials I need or you don’t in this case he had the knowledge, but didn’t really want to give it up or it was like he didn’t have time mind you he was sitting in the chair, talking to another associate about other associates typical employee gossip session. Rather than check him or correct his attitude I had to just keep pulling it out of him.

    I had an issue with an appliance order that corporate was unable to resolve. Luckily, Susie at the front desk was there to save the day and helped me get it sorted out with no issues. She’s great at her job and I wish all customer service folks were like her.

    I love The Home Depot because I almost always find what I need. There is always someone nearby to help if I need it. The gentleman at the paint department was very nuce.

    Be smarter than me. It is huge up in here,best ask someone what aisle you need to be in to find what you need. Usually have what I need but dang you will definitely put some work in w/o guidance.
